I could probably leave a glowing review for Netnerd on a weekly if not daily basis! On a day-to-day basis, I have the most contact with Ralph who is exceptionally helpful to the point that he has even given me his personal mobile number when Netnerd had a phone issue! He goes above and beyond the normal and is probably the sole reason why I would not want to host anywhere else. This is not diminishing the other staff, Sam, Rizwan, Saranya, Divya and Nick who between them have always been nothing short of superb. There are very few companies who continue to offer a great service year in year out but I have been with FVS and now NetNerd since around 2015 and I have never even questioned looking for a better service elsewhere, I don't think it exists.

Amazing support, so quick to help with all the methods possible when an emergency happens. They appointed several staff and high level admins to help with my issues, even on a Sunday. Could never ask for more awesome support than this.

I've been with NetNerd for about 2 years and they are light years ahead of the competition. You usually get an an answer and solution from Technical Support in minutes. Very reasonably priced Multi-Site packages too.

I first started an account with FreeVirtualServers, as they were then many years ago and over the years have always had excellent service and support which is why I still use them (NetNerds) today. 5 star service.

Always get great technical and customer service from NetNerd. Not necessarily the cheapest, but in my experience, the best, and worth paying for the quality of service and knowledgeable staff.

Have had a number of websites for many years and, during that time, NetNerd (FVS) has always offered a brilliant service with lightning-speed responses to the odd query I have had (as was the case today). Would never go anywhere else and they fully deserve their 5 star rating!

An elderly web site manager, not very technical, but also fairly knowledgable with computer problems. I had recently reinstalled Windows 7 (Don't laugh. It's still widely used), and found that I was unable to send updates to the web site. I designed my site using Serif Web 6 and have been very pleased with it. However, Serif no longer do this type of program.
I contacted NetNerd Help section, who were excellent in their advice, and I eventually had my site in working order again. I would add that this may have been caused when I reinstalled the Serif program. A second installation was necessary. This is the second time for me to approach the help team, to whom I send my grateful thanks. Huw Jones.

Graffiq Web Studio have been using Netnerd since 2005 (formerly Easy Internet Solutions) and have always found their technical support excellent. They respond to tickets within an hour max, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ralph, particularly takes the time to go the extra mile in explaining things and resolving issues. I would highly recommend Netnerd to anyone looking for an effective Web hosting company.
