These guys are absolutely world class. As a marketer who works with a LOT of high profile clients and has worked on multiple big accounts with NetRevenue for almost 2 years now, I can confidently say: there's no one else I recommend to my client looking to seriously tune up their sales teams & operations.

The structure of how this company works is very thought out. From elite level training for new reps, for setters, or even if you are having a hard time they are here to help and get you back in action.

The tech team, the leadership, and the continuous skill base building never allows you to fail and everyone is working together even though it may seem like you are alone in this process.

The ability to truly show up everyday and have all this knowledge and experience allows you to accomplish a lot and change your path for the better if you are willing to close your eyes for a few years to built something that will last decades.

Being in a commission based position can be hard and lonely, but working at NR has been one of my favorite positions because of its environment. For being a remote team, we are incredibly connected. There is frequent and consistent communication with both colleagues and leadership, all encouraging the success of one another. Leadership truly wants to see us succeed and they work tirelessly to help us do so. Our commissions are uncapped, and the potential is literally unlimited, so the proof is in the pudding. We win together!!

Joining NetRevenue in its early days has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional journey. First off I have been with the company for about 6 months. All I can say is this is the next level of sales environment. I’ve worked for a few different companies…none treated their employees that well, even the top performers. Not Netrevenue. They recognize all efforts, big and small. From newbies to top players. They want everybody to win. Most importantly for me, they invest a lot of energy and leverage their most talented members into the training and coaching of every rep. Net revenue is the real deal when it comes to having a dialed process that scales quick.

After a 10-year career as a product manager at high-growth technology startups, and several years running my own growth agency, I made the decision in early 2025 to join Net Revenue as a contract sales rep.

The reason was simple. I wanted to grow my sales skills and saw this as an opportunity to get a lot of reps in while maintaining the flexibility to be present with my growing family (I have two toddlers at home).

Over the years I’ve worked with a number of reputable organizations, including Y-Combinator startups and “unicorn” fintech companies. Despite those experiences, I can honestly say that I’ve encountered something at Net Revenue that I had never experienced before in my professional career.

Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with here carries a sense of realness. There are no facades. It’s a culture where performance speaks for itself and is rewarded directly. There’s a clear scorecard around activity and results, and the people who show up consistently and do the work are recognized for it. Expectations are high, but they are centered around helping one another grow, not just professionally but personally as well.

I’ve had people at Net Revenue invest more into my development than I experienced at many of the institutions I was previously part of. Ben, our CSO, has personally met with me multiple times each week to help me improve and refine my craft. Scott, our COO, took a chance on me early on and gave me an opportunity that led to closing over $1.5M in cash collected in less than a year. Ambro, our CEO, consistently challenges everyone here to operate at a higher standard.

Long story short, the culture here is unmatched. Not because of surface-level perks or hollow engagement initiatives, but because the people here genuinely strive to live and work with integrity.

Anyone who doesn’t embody those values tends not to last long.
