We visited the Bath store and had a wonderful greeting from Tanya. She was absolutely excellent and provided a wonderful service. We will be returning customer for sure!

I visited the Bath store and was greeted by an extremely friendly and enthusiastic employee named Tania. She was highly knowledgeable about the products and made some great recommendations. I can say, out of all the stores I visited in bath today, she was by far the friendliest brand ambassador and took the time to create a stellar customer experience.

Wir wollten mit unserem Kind das Geschäft betreten, um Chocolate Mousse zu kaufen. Bevor wir die Mousse erhielten, wurde uns dreimal gesagt, wir müssten erst zur Kasse gehen und 4,00 Euro bezahlen – als würden wir das Produkt stehlen wollen.

Als wir dann an der Kasse waren, verlangte man plötzlich 4,50 Euro, und ich habe bezahlt. An der Kasse wies ich darauf hin, dass der ursprünglich genannte Preis von dem an der Kasse abweicht, aber leider erhielt ich keine Antwort oder Reaktion.

Wenn Sie Ihr Geld zum Fenster hinauswerfen und dazu noch Respektlosigkeit erleben möchten, dann gehen Sie dort einkaufen. Das Geschäft ist im Bereich Kundenservice definitiv eine Katastrophe und sehr unhöflich.

After falling in love with Neuhaus Chocolates during a trip to Brussels, I decided to order from their online store to relive the indulgent experience at home. Their chocolates truly are in a league of their own—rich, luxurious, and bursting with exquisite flavor in every bite.

When one of the boxes in my order arrived with a small mishap, I reached out to customer service. To my surprise and delight, they responded immediately and not only sent a replacement box but also included several additional treats for me to try. The package was rushed to me and everything inside was impeccably fresh and beautifully presented.

Each truffle and biscuit transported me right back to Belgium. The flavors were heavenly and the quality unmatched. Neuhaus not only delivers world-class chocolate but also world-class customer care. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge or gift something truly special.

Visited yesterday and the chocolates were amazing. Has to visit again today and purchased more and was welcomed by Eva who talked us through the chocolates gave us a great experience.

Fantastisk chokolade!

It was a wonderful experience at the store in Harrogate. We saw the chocolates were made from Belgium so we went inside to browse around. The store sale person was an Asian guy but we couldn't see his name tag and he was so polite and friendly. He asked our preference in terms of choosing chocolate so he gave us each a piece to try and then listened to us and suggested different types to us. In the end, we bought two boxes and some selected chocolates. And then when I went for check out then he asked me what's birthday this month and it happened that it will be my birthday in a few days so he offered me a box of birthday chocolates and he asked me to confirm about my preference again. He was so professional. We thought he was the best sale person we had ever met in our purchasing experience. We thanked him greatly and he was so polite and even experienced to us about the chocolate brand upcoming places in other parts of the UK. We would look forward to upcoming stores. He really should get a promotion with his sensitive and hardworking effort to promote his company. We hope that the company would give him a praise.

Kann den Shop leider nicht empfehlen! Lieferung erst nach 5 Tagen nach Bestellung. 2 Tage benötigt der Kundenservice schon allein zur Beantwortung von Fragen zum Lieferstatus. Und beim öffnen des Pakets ist nun auch noch das Kühlmittel beim Transport ausgelaufen und die Schachtel nass. Hier bestelle ich nichts mehr. Neuhaus hat wirklich nachgelassen, nur die Preise sind heftig, Qualität und Kundenservice gleich Null! Nein danke, nie wieder!
