I placed an order and requested to cancel within 25 minutes. They claimed it was in the processing stage, when the company was not opened when I placed the order.

Then they sent a ready to ship email to “prove” that is was already processed. I called UPS and they said they didn’t receive the tracking number.

They charged me once without ever sending anything. They then refused to respond to my emails. I had to fight with my bank at Chase. Absolutely do not recommend.

Wanted to warn people about buying here, recently got scammed where I paid and had no word from anyone from months and was banned from their discord and their support ignored me. Am filing a dispute

I bought from neuro to ship to Milan, and got my order of everything 3 days after the estimate. I guess that makes sense since they are US based. One thing that was confusing was their was another account posing as them with a what app, which I found out they dont have so good to know their. all together my stuff works so yeah I would order again.

It was a good experience over all and I’m definitely shopping with them again

Scammer! They will get your bitcoin and make an alibi for delivery. It will not reach your place and ask for more money.
