We regret to inform you that the first mirror we sent to you was damaged in transit, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As per our email communication with you, a new mirror had been shipped to you as a replacement, and it was delivered on 5/31/2023.

We had sent you two emails and would like to follow up to ensure that everything is in good condition and that you are satisfied with the product. However, we haven't received a reply from you yet.

Please kindly let us know if there are any issues or concerns with the replacement mirror we sent. We are committed to providing you with a quality product and excellent service.

Sorry that you go through a bad shopping experience on Neutypechic.
The mirror was broken in transit, and we sent a replacement on Jan 9.
But unfortunately, the replacement was damaged in transit, too.
We do our best to package our products securely with the highest quality packaging materials. However, sometimes, things do still get damaged during the shipping process.

We issued a full refund for Order #4811 on Jan 19, 2023.
We do apologize for this inconvenience caused again. But if by any chance, we still want to offer you a satisfied mirror and service at the next time.
