I have always shopped at Nevaeh when ever I wanted to gift someone special and i have always been lucky to find very reasonable priced brackets on their website and worth the gift. Very prompt service and good quality jewellery, I still wear them and get so many compliments as “ is it real gold “. That is quality and have recommended my friends and they loved it too. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order for a personalised necklace in December 2025 as a birthday gift for my friend on the 10th of December. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in time and only turned up around a month later.
To make matters worse, the necklace I received was incorrect — the personalised name was wrong.
Since then, I have made several attempts to contact the company via email and Instagram messages, but the issue still has not been resolved. We are now in April 2026 and I am still waiting for the correct item or a proper response.
Or a refund.
The delays, lack of quality control, and poor communication have been very frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Few weeks ago when i asked for a refund they offered me two items . Which the items on the website are all in the sale at 6 pounds.

I always purchase Nevada jewelry and love the pieces I wear them all the time and they don't tarnish and I just love all the designs I did receive a bracelet it broke and they are sending me a replacement which too me was awesome I do recommend buying there jewelry it is worth it and the prices are amazing not expensive

This is my second order. I had the best experience with the first order, so will be a returning customer. There was an issue with first order, got immediate resolution especially considering it was during holiday time.

Amazing group still waiting on my order but such an easy place to buy from have shopped here before for a present and the jewellery is amazing

I love every single piece … very unique and beautiful. I use them daily .The quality is amazing

I placed an order for a few items on 2nd December 2025, still haven't got the products or refund. I chose the delivery option but the order stood on pick up- extremely wiered. Got wrong emails regarding" items ready to collect". Tried to pick up but the collection spot's address was wrong, scamming. Tried to chase via emails but in vain, gave up now.
Extremely unreliable to shop from here

Love this jewelry! Been ordering for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I wear Nevaeh pieces everyday, in the shower or pool at the gym and they last through it all without tarnishing.

Just had another 10 pieces delivered. All stunning. They look really expensive and so different and unusual. Love them all. The shipping was just over a week so not too bad.
Would recommend. Special pieces you will love.
