Good range. Like to options for fittings to make installation simpler.
Great service. Asked my which delivery date would be best and arranged fo deliver that day.
Only slight issue was that courier they use (DX in my case) don’t give a delivery time so had to make sure was around all day.

1kW 11inch immersion heater.
Good price even with the p&p. Arrived quickly and well packed. Incoloy element with resettable overheat protection thermostat. Last two points were not mentioned in the description so a better spec than it could have been. Very happy with it.

Product seems excellent. Info re delivery by DX was a little disappointing. Despite expecting to have to sign for it, the delivery driver did not even bother to ring the doorbell and just left it on the doorstep.

I have used Newark for all my solar cylinders since 2006 and never been delivered a bad unit
I have used Newark for all my solar thermal cylinders since 2006 and have never been delivered a bad unit. Always well designed ( from my specification), perfectly manufactured and shipped on time to meet my target date. The team are all competent professionals offering valuable insight & experience to my regular demands for bespoke one off units. Amazing & consistent service and I won’t go anywhere else.

Best treatment ever
Best treatment ever, ordered a cylinder from this company as a swap for an 18 year old one that started to leak, bit of a misunderstanding on outlet sizes which unfortunately led to the first cylinder being wrong, this was resolved and 3 hours later I had a new cylinder which fitted the old connections perfectly. Standard cylinder outlets are 1 inch PSP, I measured 1 inch across flats which is 3/4 BSP, easy mistake but rectified with no issue.
