Issue with refund
I ordered a couple baby dresses both gorgeous and a dress for myself for a family photo shoot coming up
One of the baby dresses was too big for my daughter and the dress for myself although beautiful was missing two buttons so I returned both
I reordered the dress for myself as return options didn’t allow for an exchange which is fine and wanted the dress for the photo shoot but at the price I paid I wasn’t going to keep a faulty dress
They have refunded the baby dress that was too big but not my dress. I contacted them they responded but have now gone quiet
I don’t understand why they aren’t responding when they were so quick with the initial response
I’m now out of pocket double as repurchased the dress so it arrived in time for the photo shoot
Just want my refund on the other dress which they obviously have as it was returned with the other dress they have confirmed receipt off - radio silence is not good

I’ve been shopping at Newbie…
I’ve been shopping at Newbie (newbie.com) for a while and overall, I’m quite happy. The baby clothes are adorable, and the quality is mostly good, though some items are better than others. The designs are a hit with my little one! Sizing has been accurate so far, and customer service was quick and helpful when I had a question. It’s a reliable brand with fair prices—definitely recommend!

You chose a worst delivery service in Croatia. Notorius Hrvatska pošta. After it came to Zagreb they needed 10 days to deliver it next fee kilometers. Either It wasn't possible to pick it up by ourselves.8
