This company is a scam. They told us they would provide fast turnaround of our son's birth certificate but it ended up taking 3 weeks resulting in unforeseen delays to our passport application and for us having to cancel our flights. John Zerna was initially very responsive but then wasn't contactable after we had paid the money as was the rest of his team. The translation had clearly been done by a machine. The company is not contactable by telephone and have no physical offices. once you pay the money they ghost you if they feel like it and you have no recourse.

I had a very positive experience. I needed certified translations for official documents for my mortgage application, and they delivered them quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, and my emails were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend their service.

I would recommend this company. Communication was very clear, they were very good with emails/explanations and standard service was fast. They also send a preview of your translated document to see if any adjustments are needed.

The initial contact and support by John was great including quick receipt of the soft copy translation. However the receipt of the hard copy document was received 1 week and 4 days after the initial document submission. Not as per per same day service advertised and requested.

Good and efficient

I commissioned 2 translations with this agency and both were very urgent which I specified in the quotes.
Not only they were not received on time and I had to ask for extensions on my submissions but also they went through several round of reviews which involved me having to flag several formatting issues and typos, even on numbers and some incomplete translations.
I was promised a refund of £185 over 10 days ago and the refund has still not been issued.
I would not use again nor recommend.

Horrible experience.
Paid last Wednesday and was promised for it to be ready in 2 days.
It's Monday and I have sent it back 3 times for them to review and correct things. AS SOON AS THEY FIX ONE THEY MESS UP OTHER THING and at this point I could do their job better as I have to translate words for them. Instead of charged they put unpaid. Now they are reviewing again. Giving them one last chance to fix it and if not I am requesting refund.

Disappointed and very frustrated!!!

Requested a certified translation for just 2 pages of an official document via email. No quote provided, lots of questions showing the particular person probably never translated a particular type of document! After quite a few emails, I was told they can't translate it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they do not have good translators neither they are of what they advertise for!

Instructed by email late Monday afternoon, instructions acknowledged immediately, translation available less than 24 hours later, and delivered by R.M.S.D. Wednesday by 10.15.
Brilliant service as I was under a tight timescale and I was very happy with the standard of care offered and which was most definitely delivered. Thank you

I wouldn’t recommend this company, I helped an elderly relative to submit a Spanish death certificate for translation and they had to chase several times before translation was complete. Not posted in a timely manner once translation had been completed.

About translation wasn't bad but they didn't finished on time the day later I was in rash to get it even they had enough time on top of that they said we will refund you but they didn't
