Refreshing to deal with this friendly, helpful family firm rather than a big chain store. Samples arrived swiftly, ordering and delivery were very easy, excellent customer service. Very pleased with the footstool.

Our whole experience of New England Design was exceedingly good - the web interface, the speed of messages, the reception in their shop (which is definitely worth a visit) and, of course,  the design and workmanship of the footstool itself. We are so pleased.
