From very first contact, quotation process and ease of scheduling to The sna gging survey itself was slick and we were kept up to speed all the way.
We just want to do a shout out for our snagger Paul (Northumberland area). He took time out to talk to me which filled us with confidence in our new build home. The report was well presented and easy to understand

Excellent service from New Home Quality Control. Johnny, who carried out the snagging inspection for my new build home near Edinburgh, was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain what the inspection would involve, which immediately put me at ease.

The inspection itself was incredibly thorough and detailed, and the snagging report was easy to read and understand, with clear references to NHBC standards throughout. It was obvious that a lot of care and expertise went into both the inspection and the reporting.

I was particularly impressed with the easy process for booking and quick turnaround time. The report, complete with images, was provided within just two days of the inspection. This made the whole process smooth and efficient.

On top of that, every member of staff I dealt with was polite, helpful, and professional. Amazing service.

Overall, a great service from start to finish I would definitely recommend New Home Quality Control to anyone needing a professional and reliable snagging inspection.

NHQC produced a very thorough Inspection Report for a property we are considering buying. It picked up so many things the average person would miss, including several important issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone needing an inspection of a new-build property and I think their pricing is very reasonable and well worth the outlay.

Very responsive, thorough and realistic - good value report

We booked our snag visit at the start of March for the 28th March (day after we got the keys so they had an empty place to look around) - sadly for us they forgot to book us in, so we arrived at the house early Saturday (we hadn't heard from the inspector the day before) - and after waiting a couple of hours I contacted via Facebook as they don't man phones at the weekend, and coincidentally they replied to let me know they were "just about to message" to tell me the inspector could not make it - from the fact we hadn't heard from the inspector the day before it was clear we were not properly booked in.

The snag was rebooked in for 1st April. Glen called me the day before, and I cannot fault his inspection or professionalism one bit - just more frustrating as we now had furniture in the place so a lot of working around it and not being able to see every surface. We did receive the report within 24hours which was great and it was very detailed.

Amazing company, very helpful and great communication throughout the process was very honest with the snagging which was great for peace of mind and was very helpful answering all of our questions, highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service from Helen and the whole team during the process - Helen was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed in the inspection, answering all questions throughout and giving suggestions how to best deal with the builders to get issues resolved. Thankfully for us there was only some cosmetic and finish issues but Helen put our mind to rest - would strongly recommend New Home Quality Control for anyone buying a new build!

The report was received promptly and was very detailed with many photos. Their expertise highlighted more snags than we would have identified ourselves.
As we had this done pre completion, we have been able to email the report to the sales office to enable them to action the faults before completion.

Quick, efficient, thorough and good value for money.

The team were very responsive and accommodating for arrange when they could inspect the property. I popped in to see Tony and he explained a few things he picked up that I wouldn't think of or notice which was great. The report was sent through to me the day after.

We had Helen come out to us and she was fantastic, her knowledge and engagement during the inspection was really pleasing - The report was detailed and referenced all NHBC elements needed to simply pass the report over to our developers.
