you actually sent me the wrong boots that i ordered and i have emailed three times to ask about a return and you havnt bothered to email back, as it takes time away from from doing charitly work, well im sure if this is how you treat your customers i wont be buying from you again

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN!
Yet again, I have to complain about the poor level of Customer service offered when I asked to speak to the supervisor of the Yardley store on Saturday. She would not answer a query I raised; going out the back, leaving me waiting. After about 10 minutes I did ask if the lady had forgotten she'd left me waiting. Also, another member of staff, who was clearly being nosey, decided to ask me a question and then proceeded to tell me how I was feeling!!(This was interesting as she doesn't know me PERSONALLY!) She then went out the back and returned advising the supervisor was on the phone. She eventually emerged after another 10 minutes and refused to answer the query; leaving me waiting in total for 20 minutes!! She could easily have answered the query on the spot!
Obviously, there has been no attempt to address the negative experience I received at this store a few weeks ago by this supervisor. Some of the staff members need urgent training on how to deliver a positive customer service experience.
THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM SOME OF THE STAFF IN THIS STORE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and unless the behaviour of some of the senior staff is addressed, this charity could lose more customers, as it isn't as popular as it used to be.
I must stress that there are some team members at this store, who are very polite, friendly and always conduct themselves professionally delivering great Customer Service.

Prices are to expensive on line…
Newlife is a great company BUT there online clothes are so expensive they are good makes but far to expensive. I used to order so much but now don’t bother
