Predatory subdcription system looking to automatically subscribe you to things you don't need

We have been working alongside Newmind since quite some time now and we can tell that what we can learn about the very first reviews is still very true! Needless to say that Newmind is a name in the industry and they fully deserve it.
They provide a very interesting catalog list for our business and what is absolutely a blessing is that they also provide COAs and all available informations related to the compounds on top of it.
Also, their support team is friendly and they will not let you down!
It seems that Newmind have been hit by the shortages waves actually occuring and some compounds haven't been available since some time. Hopefully that we will get to seem available soon!

Excellent quality chemicals with detailed and up to date COAs on all of them. They provide detailed descriptions of their products as well as cite key studies and published articles surrounding each product. THeir customer service is quite prompt and transparent. They ship products in well packaged boxes/bags along with MSDS/COA paperwork as well as laminated business card sized information cards. When appropriate, measuring scoops for handling products are provided.

Been a very long time customer and never had issues with their products for lab research. Their novel substances fill a niche that the biochemistry field desperately needs for future lab analysis. 5/5 my lab and team approve

Newmind went above and beyond when I accidentally messed up a shipping address. Firstly, they caught my entering an invalid post code to which I accidentally responded with the correct one, but then messed up the parcel box number in my confusion while recovering from a spinal decompression procedure. In no time at all, I emailed them with a FAX number for the postal office overseas where the materials were being received on my behalf and they helped to get it corrected and picked up! Thank you for the excellent service, Newmind!

Are they going out of business? Virtually no product and stocked items keeps getting smaller for the past year, now at ten. They said switching supplier 6 months ago. Word on when they'll be back?

Had an issue where the delivery service delivered it late. I asked customer service for help since I was concerned it was late. Lily was fantastic and checked with the delivery service to find out the issue. Needless to say it was resolved with great satisfaction because they went above and beyond. I've never had any issues with this company. I highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure interacting with Lilly @Newmind. She took time out her weekend just to help me with my request for approval. The quality of their products is clearly reflected in their great customer service. Having the opportunity to learn about Lilly and her teams beginnings was endearing to me and showed me that their passion for science is evident. I have been ordering from New Mind for several years. If I ever emailed a question/concern the reply would be prompt. Quality has always been top notch. New Mind has some rare jems as well. I could literally order by 3pm and have my doorbell ring at 10am the following day. Impeccable.

I have been a steady customer since c. 2014 and seldom a single issue. This most recent review is regarding a shipping delay apparently caused by a system transition of some kind within the company. I wrote customer service about the issue, and as per usual they had my order immediately expedited from 3 day to overnight shipping....which is something like a 100 dollar shipping option...the company made it right by taking from their own pocket to make up for the delay, as well as offered a discount code for my next order. This is the kind of above and beyond the NM/LM/ Synaptent has come to be known for.

Newmind is my vendor of choice for my research. I have never had an issue with any of the dozens of purchases I have made with the company. Their pricing is reasonable, their shipping is extremely quick, and their QC is fantastic. They're also super helpful and respond very quickly when I've needed to contact them.

In my life, I've interacted with a large number of companies. Newmind, however, stands out by far. I have only positive things to say about their customer service. It is rare to have customer service that actually cares and tries to help you to the best of their ability, and who also empathize with you. Furthermore, Newmind is an extremely professional company who provide test reports for all their products and they are very active on various forums. It is clear that this is not just any other company, but in my eyes it seems more like a labour of love. And it shows. I wholeheartedly recommend Newmind to any science-minded person that wants to explore and research novel substances. With Newmind, you know you always get what you pay for. And if a shipment gets lost, they'll just send it again. For me, Newmind exemplifies how a company should be run. I will forever be a loyal customer. They have earned it many times over.

They have excellent quality control, and they send a document with the certificate of authenticity for each product they ship!

Unfortunately I had problems with the delivery that were out of NewMind's control and the fault of UPS. But their customer service was really good and Leo solved the problem in the end!

I would recommend their service to anyone interested in buying any of their substances that they sell!

Do not buy from this company!! They sent me an obviously defective item which cost over $50 and offered me $3 to compensate for this. When I said I would like a full refund(would have sent the item back) or replacement, they have never replied and it's almost as though the company doesn't exist.

I've been with Newmind for many years and they have always been setting the bar for professionalism in their field. They are my most trusted supplier. They are always adding new products and have loyalty discounts that increase over time. You cannot go wrong with them! I've always been happy with everything I've bought from them.
