I think it's awesome how the owner of the company Dale has answered the phone when I have called and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering. He seems to genuinely care about his customers. There customer service is awesome and very quick and efficient. Ther New Phase Blend Company also has great quality products. I love their products. They take my pain levels almost away.

The last order I received was horrible. It taste like tobacco. I don't smoke and haven't for a long time but I remember that taste. I called the number on your site on 9-23-2022 and talked to a man, I don't remember his name. He said he would send me a new bottle with a return label so I could return the bottle of pills I had, it never showed up. I was more than willing to send him what I had left, I had only taken 2 or 3 out of the bottle, they were horrible. I have purchased these pills before in the past and have never had a problem. I'm not sure why he didn't believe me and why he didn't keep his word and send out a new bottle. I won't order again.
