I was very pleased with the fast and prompt delivery of the 50 perfect bound books I ordered. (You sent 52).
Other than 4 having a few flaws on the grayscale front and back covers, one badly smudged, I would say you did a great job overall.

Great customer support with proofs
Great customer support with proofs, fast shipping, the best pricing I could find for custom notepads, and the product is exactly as expected, the colours look great. Plus they're Canadian - major bonus points! Will order again.

"5-day production time" is what's advertised on the website, but our Perfect Bound book order took 19 business days to get put into transit. The quality was good, but I'd only repeat a future order if I'm not on a time crunch.

Rushed
Hi there.
The covers are dirty or the colors didn’t dry before you stacked them. It’s looks very unprofessional and now I have to redo them at Staples because it’s a reflection of my work.
I wrote an email reminder not to stack them until they dry but this was not communicated.

My experience so far . . .
It was super easy to navigate options and put together what was needed for my project and the time to get me a digital proof was excellent!!
I do wish the different materials had better examples given for them so making decisions about what paper weight/coating/etc would work best for me as someone who has never done this before.
Receiving not 1 but 2 emails asking for a review of my experiences when I haven't even received my finished product yet could probably be adjusted so that they get sent out a few days after the order is shipped with the follow up being a little later would be much better.
Overall, currently, I would order from here again should the need arise!

This great Canadian company did an amazing job printing our Team's hockey cards. They were very helpful in answering any questions I had and their recommendation on the card specs (16pt C2S, Gloss Lamination, without round corners) was fantastic. These aren't like hockey cards, they are hockey cards. Everyone on the team was very impressed and wondered where we got these. The speed in which we received the cards was also shockingly fast. I cannot recommend newprint enough. I'm looking forward to utilizing their services again.
