It is very easy to make payment, explained very well . Since I am retired, I get paid on the 15th so I can make the payment at least two days before it’s taken out of my account on the 15th thank you.... もっと見る

Ease of use, but offer partial payments
Ease of use. However, would be nice if able to make partial payment through app. I had to wait till mid month to be able to pay in full, as I didn’t have enough to make full payment earlier in the month. Although, still not sure if that would have avoided the late payment charge.

Been with Newrez since 2022 for my home…
Been with Newrez since 2022 for my home mortgage, recently tried to use some equity to consolidate credit debt. The rep who “helped me” seemed like time was money as j explained my situation and constantly interrupted me or talked over me. And the underwriter would not approve me (a firefighter making over 100k base pay annually) because I’ve been on injured pay for five years. They required a letter confirming I’d be on injured pay for another 3 years despite nobody being able to premise that. I’m awaiting retirement, my pension will be 72% of my base pay, so that plus va disability is well over 100k/year. I asked to 60k. The irony is had I asked five years ago when I first went out injured my job still wouldn’t have been able the provide a letter saying I’d be out this long, because it’s literally impossible to determine. For this reason I will gladly refi with someone else as soon as I can and will not be using Newrez ever again.
