Cristina is truly the best of the best. After six years of chronic and acute PTSD, following twenty-plus years of violent trauma, I'd worked with some excellent practitioners and made a significant amount of progress, but I was losing hope as I plateaued at a level at which my PTSD symptoms still impeded daily life to a level that held back everything I cared about. Then, I began work with Cristina. In less than a year I'm at a level of peace and functionality that I couldn't have imagined. We're not slowing down and I have such high hopes now about regaining a full, beautiful life and enjoying every bit of the safety and peace I've built in the wake of extreme childhood violence. If you're a PTSD survivor reading this, please take the opportunity to work with her. Cristina's skill is matched by her compassion and kindness. I'm so thankful to have her and our work as part of my life.

I cant recommend Cristina enough. Not only does she listen, she hears me and makes me feel seen especially in really hard situations that not many people would get. She has given me so many helpful tools that have been completely life changing and has reinstated my hope and support in therapy after feeling hopeless for a bit. She’s amazing!
