The Survey Questions was very meaningful and worth replying , the survey was suiatble to current AI challenges we face and come a cross as CEO , the entire survey was not so long and value for money , reward was very fast on spot -All good appricaited

Dreadful customer service.

I am in the UK and do surveys via this company. Latest one about my profession, teaching. On clicking through to the reward I had an error and it says get in touch. Numerous emails over 2 days eventually resolved the issue. I had to do all of the chasing. Initially dismissive, there was thankfully someone who chased it up after a few days. Won't use again.
