I had a few concerns due to some reviews but emailed prior to purchase to confirm I would get my new lens the next day. I got a quick and positive response and 24 hours later I have it. Excellent

False advertising
False advertising, claims to have items in stock(lie), 24 hour delivery stretches in to 10 day ETA, no help with regards to refund. Avoid like the plague. Nextdaycamera???? More like next day scammer

Great prices and next day delivery for the third time.
This is the third camera we have bought over a few years from NEXTDAY. Great price plus we get a VAT receipt, which is important to us. Each time we've ordered it has arrived the next day. We will be using them again.

Next day camera is a misleading name for the company. I used them previously and got my camera the next day so when my lens broke before i went on a photography trip to Mull in Scotland I had no hesitation in using them again. Sadly they did not deliver and it took 3 weeks to recieve my lens thus ruining my holiday. The items i had purchased were advertised as in stock but later emails revealed that they were not. I suggest that the company do not sell items that are not immediately available or state that this is the case. The phone helpline is a joke. It always goes to answer phone and then a message stating that they will reply within 24 hours. I left a message 4 times and recieved no response. In short they are reasonably priced and do deliver but not always in the timescale promised. I would also say that Phil always responded quickly to emails sent.

First time user of this company and can't fault their service. The price of the camera I purchased was way cheaper than almost all other companies. True to claim, it was delivered next day, with excellent communication from both NDC and delivery company (DPD).

Poor service and still no refund
I ordered a camera on 15 March and paid £438. I got an automated confirmation email, with an Order number, but no way to track it. As i needed the camera for an event on 21 March, I emailed on 18 March to ask if it had been shipped. I got a reply on 19 March saying there was a delay, but they expected a delivery to me by the Friday (22 March). I told them this was too late and I would have to go to a camera shop and buy one (at higher cost). I emailed on 20 March to formally cancel the order and request a refund. They replied on 21 March saying it would be with me on 26 March eg after my event. I emailed again on 22 March to repeat my request to cancel the order, and did go to a shop to buy one. I chased again on 13 April as i have not had my refund. They then delivered the camera on 16 April. So despite cancelling because they could not deliver, they deliver nearly 3 weeks later. I am still chasing my refund and unless this is sorted promptly I will start legal action. This is such poor customer service that I feel the need to share the facts on Trust Pilot.

ordered camera. printed copy of payment where says next day delivery guaranteed. no camera second day i enquired what was happening. they said be there Saturday and i said if not here then to cancel. box arrived with parcel of a4 paper. my god thought it was a mistake. got in touch and called me a fraudster. in fact they had the audacity to say they had had enough of dialogue with me. contacted credit card and got money back. Now they making threats. Im a disabled pensioner and threats not work and they need to be shut down for good. reported matter to police and crime number issued. now bought from somewhere else
Very happy and great price
We bought a lens from here for about £1400 which was a lot cheaper than other websites. It arrived after about 5 days and it's been perfect. (It could have arrived quicker but they wanted to deliver on a Saturday and we are a business, so I delayed the delivery until after the weekend). Brand new. No complaints. Perfectly happy customer.

Ordered the 28th March and now its the 11th April with no camera. Not next day as stated. Avoid unless you want to wait with false promises

I was rather dubious at first about using Nextdaycamera shop, however as the lens I wanted was £200 cheaper than Wex, Park Cameras etc I thought I would give them a try, paying by credit card I thought would be the safest option, ordered an Olympus lens on the Sunday evening received confirmation by e mail that order had been processed and despatched on the Monday morning Lens arrived 11.15am Tuesday morning, what a service, well packaged with English maunual included, cant fault the service will use them again shortly for a new camera, I know its a grey import but the money you save is worth the risk.

I recently wrote a review about this company which, due to understandable expectations based on the name of this company were not met.
In essence when a company is called "nextdaycamera.co.uk, one naturally expects the product to arrive in a very short period of time.
For some reason the initial delivery date was four days after the date of order, which was extended to eight days on the date that the lens was initially due.
Reading other reviews on this site, I became concerned that my lens would not arrive. However, I am happy to report that the lens has arrived, albeit on the later date, and appears to be in good order.
Thus my initial concerns have been alleviated.
But I might suggest that, to ensure undue expectation on the part of the customer and similarly undue pressure on the part of the supplier, is not made unduly manifest, that the name of the company is changed to ensure a more attainable scenario.
I understand this company has a sister company called pro-camera.co.uk which one might suggest would be a better name to utilise, particularly when one is dealing with the grey market in regards to supply.
So, I understand that due to the noticeable reduction in price for cameras and lenses offered by this company, in comparison to other outlets, one becomes concerned that something inappropriate is going on. Well I have to say that my concerns along those lines were misplaced and would consider using this company again.

I sent back faulty binoculars. They would not allow an independent assessment. And tried to Short changed me by £20 . And refused to pay for the return postage

Fabulous service. We needed this item for a university trip and had ordered it originally from another supplier who had ran out of stock but didn't tell me until I chased them which was another nightmare via their horrendous messaging/robot customer service.
Next day cameras were a joy, did exactly what they advertised cannot praise them enough! THANK YOU

I ordered a camera body from Next Day camera around lunchtime on Wed 24th Jan expecting it to be delivered the next day. When I followed up late afternoon Thursday I was told it had been delayed to the following Tuesday. I followed up late Monday for a tracking number to be told it was now expected to be delivered on the Friday - 9 days from my original order. I asked for a refund on 30th January and have chased up a couple of times but now getting no response by email. It's now 19th February, no refund, no response from NDC and it's in dispute with my credit card company.
Suggest you find a more reputable company.

I put an order with them on a Saturday so would expect them to send it out on Monday to get it on Tuesday, but no.
So sent them a email as they do not get back to you if you try calling them to be told it will be with me at the end of the week. So I sent them a email asking when I will get it told Wednesday next week so then I said if you can not get it to me buy Friday then cancel my order. They then came back to say they have cancelled my order I the asked them if they have issued a refund to which the said they have. But now a week later still no refund. So I now have to go to my card provider to get it from them. Would not use them ever again. I would rather pay more and get good service.
Update 12days and still no refund
Had to got to the credit card company to get a refund. Got it but now they are saying that this review is unfair. What a joke. Do not use them

Do Not Order from this company and please read some of the recent reviews. We have ordered a camera which arrived. Given the state of the packaging it is not new. An email request for a return and refund has been completely ignored.
