Next Gen U レビュー

I do not like the cream as much as the previous cream that you made with tea tree oil etc

I take 1 a day

Great! Loved the supplement I ordered and Amazon wasn't stocking it anymore, and had a great experience buying directly from retailer.

Great value, super quick delivery!

All good this end, thanks.

I was annoyed that you appear to have changed the recipe and increased the carbs. I still like that it is organic but the ones I got previously (via Amazon) had only 1ish carbs per 5g. I assume it is due to brexit/sterling collapse or the Ukraine war. (could be wrong).

Never used this company before. I was recommended by a friend who uses this magnesium product. Service was excellent arrived quickly. I have yet to see what effect this product has as I have only just started taking them.

Took my money but goods have never been never sent. Tried contacting several times but no reply. Avoid this company and their products

I haven't received my order and its been nearly 3 weeks ?

I placed an order 10 days ago. Delivery was due in 3-5 working days. I’ve sent 3 emails. No reply.
Very unhappy.

Very good company to deal with. Quality products.

All good from start to finish, cheers

I requested details of if and when their immune POWDER would be back into stock, so I could reorder.
A number of e mails from them advised that it would be arriving into their stock and or through Amazon 'soon'.
To date, no sign and no explanations why. Poor customer relations.
So I've sourced another supplier.

Good product and good response from customer service folk.

A pity that prices have gone up 20% so I may have to find alternatives when my current stock is all used.

On the minus side Next Gen U took too long to let me know that the items were out of stock. However, they were fast and efficient in sorting out a full refund for me.

Site; easy to navigate, order and make payment. Delivery prompt and communication clear

Very fast and efficient service, great product
