In real estate, finding the right person to speak to takes time. You can spend much of the day calling owners and following up before you find someone ready to talk about their property.

We’ve been using AI agents to help with this. They call property owners, ask if they’re thinking about selling or renting, and reconnect with people who showed interest before. When our brokers follow up, they already know what the person wants and what was discussed. This makes the next conversation more useful.

Dubai is a very international market, so being able to speak to people in different languages is a real advantage. It helps us reach more of our contacts and keep the calls going while our brokers focus on interested owners.
