Ive have learned a lot about the inbound marketing and billing process through Usman who is the CEO of nextrcm and also the way he is teaching things make it pretty easy and simple to understand

Working with NextRCM has been a genuinely positive experience, and Usman Shamsi is the reason for that.
The first thing that impressed me was that he was willing to tell me things I did not want to hear. When we went through our documentation together, he pointed out weaknesses I had not been aware of. He did not dress it up and he did not overpromise. He explained the risk, explained the fix, and left the decision to me. I trusted him from that point onward.
The operational side has been just as solid. His team is organized, they follow up without needing to be reminded, and they keep proper records of everything they touch. Turnaround is quick, and when I ask about a specific claim or a payer requirement, I get a real answer rather than a vague one.
Their biggest strength, in my view, is compliance expertise. They understand Medicare coverage criteria, documentation requirements, and audit standards in genuine depth.
