OneBuy 

Utter waste of time. Order product. Wasn't shipped. I had to chase the seller. They just cancelled the order because they couldn't fulfil it (no comms to me, I had to chase). OneBuy just push you to the seller and it is incredibly hard to get to their customer service (I gave up). In my experience, just avoid – it is a waste of time.

For the record, the shop through OneBuy is JKSYshop.

I ordered the Samsung galaxy zflip 5g only price 600pounds I was so excited to get this phone as its hard to buy now... only when the phone arrived I get the wrong phone I got the Samsung galaxy flip 5 ... I didn't want and I didn't order at all... I don't recommend this company at all...today 21st January 2026 by email I find out a follow up about my refund I have to pay 8pounds 14p .. from one onebuy.. from my order ref

Brought a spin mop and bucket but only the spare mot attachment arrived

Thinking this was an error I contacted OnebBuy told them I had received the wrong item but after 3 or 4 attempts without response I asked Klarna to assist but all they did was refer me back to the supplier.

I believe that because I’d raised my complaint they chose to ignore it.

Then I looked at the returns policy and OneBuy take a step away from customer service (CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A JOKE) just didn’t respond or acknowledge my complaint they chose to disregard my request to provide their returns label. I have no idea what their returns process is or indeed what I should do.

I then made a complaint about the lack of customer support which surprise surprise they didn’t respond to

I eventually spoke again to Klarna how informed me that I have to login to my OneBuy account select the product from my purchase.

click return then the process would start.

However I believed because of my complaint they blocked my account thereby making it impossible to return the wrongly supplied item.

In my view this company want your custom by stay as faraway from offering any form of service or support. They are disgraceful and please think twice before using them or any of the resellers as if there’s any problem you are likely to lose your money.

My view on Klarna is they also failed disgracefully and failed to meet even lowest of expectations another in my view a company long on promises short on deliver.

Finally dealings with both organisations is unadvisable and a risk to your money.

Shop lässt Händler weiter verkaufen, ob wohl es Betrugsfälle gibt. In der Bio steht sie helfen, bei solchen Fällen, man kann bei Problemen niemanden kontaktieren. Ferner steht dann woanders sie sind nicht für die Verkäufer verantwortlich

Brought a solar pool heater , several point 1- it doesn’t work
2- I can’t return it due to lack of return system
3- customer service, they keep providing ticket number 3 weeks later I still have had a return label or instructions.

Don’t use!
