Easy, friendly, no pressure upsells…NONE. Maria and John take care of their customers and provide friendly, personalized service.

I heard if you’re coming to Aruba, rent your car locally instead of using the big corporate mega-companies. Nexus is right at the airport, walking distance from the terminal. You can contact them anytime through the whatsapp app with any questions or issues.

Maria accompanied us to the car, went over any body damage with me, explained some driving idiosyncrasies of Aruba including the endless round-a-bouts, synched our phone to the car navigation., went over operating the car, and answered all our questions.

Highly recommend.

Excellente service met pick-up op de luchthaven, lift naar ons hotel en alles electronisch (verzekering, contracten). Terugkeer ook goed geregeld, zeer tevreden!
Onze enige opmerking, meeste lokale Cit-go tankstations zijn gesloten op feestdagen dus we moesten naar een Texaco rijden. Leuk als we dit op voorhand hadden geweten.

Siempre estuvieron atentos a lo que necesitábamos y nos dieron una guía del recorrido de las playas al igual de donde podíamos mercar. Siempre que tuvimos una duda ellos nos ayudaron dando una solución a nuestra inquietud.
Los recomiendo ya a que fueron muy transparentes y nunca hubieron cobros adicionales.
