I have had nothing but great experiences with nexussmoke.com. My order literally gets delivered the next day after being shipped every time. They have the best prices I can find and always authentic products. The one time I had any sort of issue with what I ordered I was promptly emailed and told one of the products I ordered was out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait 1 day for it to be delivered or if I wanted to substitute and get immediate shipping. They are my go-to site for vapes.

I have been ordering from Nexus for a few years now. Always fast shipping and great variety. I have had an issue with a vape not working and they promptly sent a new one. I had another issues where my package was stolen (thanks apartment living) and they promptly refunded me (with the package protection added to my order). Most recently the vape i ordered had sold out. Instead of just canceling, they reached out to me and let me know, and allowed me to choose another. AMAZING costumer service. Amazing prices. I will not order from anyway where else.

Very helpful and nice when I had to change my order before processing. Very good at communication and fast shipping.

They lie about their shipping times - both on their website and on their receipts. They will ship it via the slowest and cheapest possible method and it will take over two weeks to arrive, no matter where you are. When I spoke to them about this, they lied and said there were shipping delays out of their control. There is no shipping delay. UPS is not delayed. The problem is their lies.
