I had a great learning experience with plenty avenues to get my questions answered.
The printouts of the lab , resources, test reviews with explanations was very helpful.
If you are serious and put the time in you will complete this course with clear directions.

So far I feel like I got my foot in the door to information technology and NGT has helped me with that

the classes break everything down so i can understand it better and get a better grasp on the the class work

My experience was amazing, Jacob Hess did an amazing job and was very instructive. I would just change or maybe update the curriculum. It's a little old.

I really liked this platform and community. The modules and lessons were extremely easy to follow along with. The labs enhanced my understanding of what I was learning. I also like the accountability that the community provides. There's literally no reason to not pass and get certified with this program and platform.

I liked how the program was self taught and paced however if i had any kind of questions there was no one who would respond to messages and i honestly didnt know who to each out to i had to dig though the website to find a message board and try that way.

Good material overall, but some labs and instructions could be clearer. Better guidance would improve the learning experience.

Awesome mentors and very easy to follow lessons

So far, at the end of the first block, I'm loving it. This is a super efficient way for people to gain further education and better themselves for the future. The time I spend at work I would've never thought I could go back to school and get a better future. This is the way.....

as someone that no background with this field they made more easier to navigate

Program started off kind of slow and I didn't feel like I was learning anything, but once I got into the labs everything started to click and make sense. I'm a hands on learner so doing the labs was very important for to start grasping the concepts that I was learning

I am very new to IT and this course help me alot

really loved the whole experience and it talks a lot about many things like cisco and cybersecurity and the instructors also helps you by giving some tips and some tips on actually when you going to be on the field.
