I've used Nice Move for my last three moves over the years and recently for storage too. They are really lovely people to work with and go the extra mile. The lads who did my move last week were ace. Very considerate of the need for people to access the road they needed to block and where extremely careful and professional. High recommend Nice Move.

Regular and friendly communication throughout the whole process of moving us from London to Manchester was very reassuring. The guys who did the actual move could not have been more helpful. Very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. We'd definitely recommend this company.

The service we received from nice-move was fantastic from start to finish.

Tracy was so friendly and patient whilst I was getting everything sorted for our relocation from Manchester to Birmingham. Quotes were always sent quickly, adjusted when needed and communication was excellent. Tracy made everything stress free and even personally delivered boxes to make sure we could pack well in advance.

The removal guys were also brilliant, on time and made us feel at complete ease - I really couldn’t fault the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We chose Nicemoves for our move from Sale to Congleton following an excellent move they carried out for my parents.
We did not consider any other companies and from my initial enquiry call with Sajjad to the completion of what I considered a difficult and protracted move we did not regret our choice as the standard of service was exceptional and a 5 star review seems insufficient,as a previous review states their “Customer service was 20/10!” Of which I fully agree.
Tracy was excellent, very personable,understanding ,accommodating and flexible in organising and coordinating the dates we proposed and due to us giving very short notice and acted in a very helpful and professional manner.
As for the Crews of Earl and Andy who arrived on the day prior to our moving day to start the loading,joined by Ian the following morning of the move were all very professional,polite and very cheerful they went above and beyond our expectations.They were then joined later in the day by Gaz and Daz who were also all of the aforementioned .
Due to the lateness of us receiving the keys for our new property the timescale for the loading and unloading became protracted which necessitated crews having to leave before completing the unloading.
Due to the above following a conversation with Tracy and involving Patrick(Company Director) they agreed to re shuffle other work to enable the crew of Gaz and Daz to return the following day to complete a third unscheduled day for our move preventing the need for storage.For this outstanding level of customer service we are truly grateful .

From start to finish our experience was incredible. Tracy made every step of moving hassle free for us, from hand delivering boxes to making sure that everyone was kept in the loop on the day with movements to calling afterwards to see how we all were. Customer service was 20/10!
The removal men were also all so lovely, cheerful and completely took away any stress we may have been feeling. Everything was packed so carefully in the truck and delivered with equal care. We would 100% recommend Nicemove to anyone moving and are so grateful that they made our huge move so easy.

Nicemove helped us move in to a new home earlier this month. They did an excellent job - they made sure there were plenty of people on the job, all of whom were friendly and professional. The packing and unloading were carried out really efficiently and there was absolutely no damage to our items or our new home. The move manager kept us informed throughout the process and was super helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice move came recommended my a friend. From start to finish they have guided us and been amazing. Tracy couldn’t have been more helpful and flexible. She was contactable and responded very quickly.
Gaz and Jordan who did our move were so kind and caring. They spent hours making sure we had everything in the right place even though it was late.

NiceMove have been wonderful from start to finish. We were a little apprehensive as this was our first big move, but Tracy was more than happy to answer all my questions, however small, and was really reassuring. She was able to offer us a great price and even add on some refuse removal.
The moving crew were brilliant. Poor Ian, Andy and Earl had to go up and down the stairs to our 3rd floor flat all day, but they were always smiling and professional. They treated our belongings with great care and were happy to shift things around in the house when weren't sure at first where to put certain items.
We would definitely use NiceMove again, highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have used Nicemove Transportation for a house move. They are great, I highly recommend them. Tracy is great at arranging the move and keeping you informed. The guys doing the move were also excellent, and took care of all my belongings. If you need a removal company, definitely use these!

We booked nicemove for a local move, at short notice, on the strength of their 5 star reviews and were not disappointed. Move Manager Tracy was very supportive as she organised the practicalities, keeping us informed throughout. The team on move day were cheerful, conscientious and diligent, taking care with everything. They literally and emotionally took the strain out of moving!

I got 3 removal companies to quote, as soon as Tracy came to my house I knew I wanted nice move to do my house move. Tracy was amazing as I was a nervous customer as not moved house in 21 years. This is the second time we have used Nicemove - moved couple of years ago during COVID and approx a month ago whilst our home is being renovated.

To me it's the simple things that are important, especially during the stress of moving and this is what they did- office staff proving clear advice and guidance in a timely manner, the moving lads turning up on time, all staff being professional and taking care when moving your stuff and any requests to move items to somewhere else in the property being received as no problem at all etc.
