I have ordered a perfume that first of all came as a tester, and not a proper perfume, and when I smelled it, it’s a completely different smell than the original. They are refusing any solution that I have proposed, even though there is clearly something off with the perfume they delivered. I would not recommend this place

I have ordered a few times from Nichegallerie.com and I must say this is by far my favorite fragrance shop. They provide excellent service and fast shipping. Their fragrance collection is absolutely gorgeous and their prices are very good. I highly recommend NicheGallery

I bought 3500 aed of products and the items never be shipped. I called them different times and send several emails, at first they told me they would reimburse me, nowadays they do not pick the calls up, don’t reply to emails and to ig DM. I advice Dubai police. It’s a fraud do not buy anything from them!

No issues with the authenticity of the product. Package was wrapped safely.

A very disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered by FedEx, even though I never received the package. The delivery was signed off by the driver while I was not at home at the time. I never authorized the parcel to be left unattended. Since then, I have been sent back and forth between FedEx and Niche Gallerie, with neither taking responsibility. Weeks later, I am still without the product or a refund. This is not how lost shipments should be handled by a professional retailer. €848 down the drain. DON'T BUY HERE!!!

Edit 24/12/25: They claim the order was “delivered” and even go so far as to say there was a matching delivery signature (how could they possibly know how my signature looks like?). This is simply not true. I was not at home at the stated delivery time, never authorized the parcel to be left, and did not sign for anything. The so-called signature was written by the driver himself.

Instead of taking responsibility as the seller, they hide behind FedEx and now start twisting the facts to make it look like the issue is closed. They also bring up shipping insurance after the fact, as if that excuses a parcel being falsely marked as delivered.

Even now, while the parcel is still missing, they continue to misrepresent the situation publicly rather than acknowledge what actually happened. Very disappointing handling of a straightforward delivery dispute.

The website is easy to navigate, has simple selection boxes, provides descriptions, and most perfumes are cheaper than other sites, though not all are. Some perfumes have similar prices, and the site includes perfume notes and ingredient lists. But I hope next time my order arrives within two days as usual. You deserve five stars, but this time four is enough.❤️✌🏻

Delivery took 1 day. Definitely original. Bought Amouage Guidance 46 at over AED 500 off, which is a great price considering it costs over 2K usually. Really happy with the service and will be purchasing from them again.

I ordered Thomas Kosmala No. 4 from you, and after using it for three days, I can say only one thing — it’s 💯 a fake. I’ve had this fragrance before, and the original lasted for a whole day on me and my clothes. The one I received from you doesn’t last even an hour and has no trail at all like the real one does.
I do not recommend ordering from this store.
