The pajamas are poor quality and looked and felt like a clearance Temu product. I was so excited to get a pair of flannel pajamas, then these arrived. They were expensive! I would have ordered 10 more pair if they had been the flannel ones. I hope they bring back the flannels or they will not make it one year selling these awful knockoffs.

After being teased along for months by enticements about the new Nick and Nora Sleepwear website, I waited in excited anticipation. I've been an avid lover, buyer, and seller of N&N pajamas from the first time I ever laid eyes on a pair in a local Goodwill some two decades ago.
I hadn't been this excited about an upcoming event since the Christmas I asked for a giant, life-size stuffed Poodle! Alas, upon entering the website, the elation was only momentary. As I gazed at the offerings, my mind queried "Where is the whimsy...the originality...the nostalgia...the FLANNEL??? What met the eye was not the delicious departure from all the rampant pajama monotony, but simply a pandering to the current nightwear norm. A devastating thought came to mind; the knock-offs of Nick & Nora pajamas were better than the new "real" Nick and Nora Sleepwear!
So this is how Ralphie felt after he didn't get the Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action, 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle for Christmas. Well, at least I got the Poodle.
