Delivery service was quick

Delivery service was quick. I ordered picture rail in 4.2 metre lengths, came fully wrapped which protected it from the rain. Picture rail was excellent quality, straight and free from knots. I needed more but was able to to collect on a Saturday morning. Very helpful staff.

Firring strips

Always can rely on Nicks Timber. Sorted out my Firring Strips for my new flat roof on my extension at home. Good quality timber always friendly knowledgeable staff. Fair price into the mix and your good to go

Great timber. Miserable staff.

Timber is great and delivery is on time. Particular mention of fantastic delivery drivers who always seems happy to help and chat while unloading. 4 stars because office staff feel always like hard work to deal with. Never that friendly and you always get the feeling there is something else they would prefer to be doing! Slow quotes are an issue.

Would use again, just shame about staff experience.
