Trustworthy, fast, accurate

This is not my first time ordering from Nico & Pouch, and it won’t be my last.

Good supply, good service and fast handling.

One thing to note it that only once have I received the wrong order, this could’ve been the start of a bad review or anything like that but truly speaking they handled it well. I got the right product send out to me in a heartbeat with a nice card attached.

Any company can learn of such good customer service and such amazing handling.

There are a lot of companies out there, that unfortunately don’t do business the right way. This company is not one of them.

Always god and fast service

Always god and fast service - the only minus is the pick-up place for UPS parcels. Kiosk 99, in Ryesgade is not a friendly place to pick up parcels. But the product is just fine ....

UPS is the weak link in otherwise great service

I could tell through tracking that my order was filled and shipped immediately; unfortunately, UPS was very slow and didn't pick up the package from the sender's drop box for 48 hours. When they did pick it up and offered me a delivery estimate, they were off by 24 hours... and then missed the delivery time by 3 hours. So I rate your company 5 stars, but UPS took a week to deliver the package and it's not the first time I've had problems with their service.

Overall, I'm very happy with this vendor.

Great product selection and excellent customer service. It would be an improvement to offer an alternative shipping option besides UPS, as it’s not always the best choice (at least for Portugal). Prices aren’t the most competitive on the market, but I continue to shop here because of the quality selection and reliable service. Introducing some customer loyalty offers could also be a nice upgrade. Overall, I'm very happy with this vendor.

Yeah, I see what you mean regarding UPS. It is really difficult to find a transportation company that works well on all European markets. We would happily receive suggestions on companies that works well in Portugal.
