Excellent selection of interesting stuff
Ordered 24 cans of Nocco Blue Raspberry, shipped on Monday from Sweden and picked it up next day in Estonia. Excellent service, will def order more from here

Al principio tenía dudas pero bien
Al principio tenía dudas porque solo tenía 1 reseña en Trustpilot. Pero ha llegado todo bien, sin problemas.
Las latas han llegado un poquito abolladas(nada importante) pero han viajado 2500 kms, es normal

Regarding the cans, you’re absolutely right — after traveling around 2500 km, it’s quite normal that some may arrive slightly dented. That said, we’re always working on improving our packaging to make sure everything arrives in the best possible condition.

According to the UPS tracking information, they should have reached out to you regarding this. However, we are more than happy to help you with the communication or any documentation needed to speed up the process.

I still haven't received the product…
I still haven't received the product and I don't have any further information about its whereabouts. It hasn't arrived in Chile yet, and I bought it on March 3rd.

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your shipment to Chile and can see via the UPS tracking that your parcel is currently being held for customs clearance.
We actually sent you an email yesterday with more details regarding this. UPS typically needs to verify some information with the receiver before the final delivery can be made.
If you haven't heard from UPS yet, please let us know at help@nicoplace.com and we will do our best to assist you in getting your package released as quickly as possible.
