Pésimo trato a los clientes

El día de ayer, fui a ver a un amigo que vive en esta residencia. Y fui pésimamente recibida por un portero llamado Álvaro, el cual es una persona completamente grosera y maleducada. Lo que pasó fue que yo desde el completo desconocimiento intenté acceder a la habitación de mi amigo sin saber que cuando son más tarde de las 10 de la noche ya no se puede acceder, a lo que este portero cuando yo esperé a mi amigo en recepción y mi amigo llegó, yo le pedí si no había alguna forma posible de poder entrar a la residencia y el sin mirarme la cara estando yo delante le dijo a mi amigo y citó textualmente: controla a tu invitada. Me parece una absoluta vergÃŒenza que permitan a una persona con este carácter trabajar cara al público. Cuando salimos de la residencia a esperar a que saliese otro amigo no hacía más que mirarme continuamente y salir a la puerta para comprobar que yo estaba allí “la calle, espacio público”. Es una pena ya que yo también soy estudiante en Madrid que barajaba entrar a este sitio el curso que viene. Desde luego que ya no lo voy a hacer y hablaré de esta experiencia a cualquiera que desee conocerla.

Gran decepción!!

Elegí esta residencia hace dos meses para mi hijo después de ver unas cuantas y me pareció la mejor. Estaba muy contenta con la elección hasta hace una semana cuando el sueño se ha convertido en pesadilla. Han retirado la cocinas compartidas sin previo aviso, con un contrato firmado que incluía ese servicio y en su lugar han regalado freidoras de aire. Simplemente vergonzoso. Residentes que no pisan su casa en meses ahora no tienen opción a prepararse ni un plato de pasta y la gran solución a este desastre ha sido una freidora de aire. Ridículo. La dirección de la residencia ha dado la cara pero al parecer quien maneja los hilos está más arriba y está gestionando esta situación de forma muy lamentable. Lo cierto es que se ha sembrado el caos a la hora de las comidas y las cenas en el restaurante de la residencia de capacidad para 50 personas que ahora debe atender la solicitud de comida de más de 100 residentes afectados. Esta residencia cuesta un pastón al mes y ahora ya no está a la altura de lo que vale.

Terrible Experience

My daughters great exchange experience in Copenhagen has been ruined by these lowlifes delaying repayment of her bond money. She has been waiting for 2 months and replies to her pleas for HER money to be returned are met with anodyne emails telling her payment is on its way. The stress this has caused is enormous. Legal action is underway. I would highly recommend avoiding this shonky company like the plague.

------0 sterne die seite ist fake ich sollte am 11.11 meine bestellung bekommen wir haben den 15.12 nichts ist angekommen!!! 10-20 mails geschrieben nichts zurÃŒck bekommen leider wurde ich um die 380€ verarscht muss es zahlen fÃŒr die ware die ich nicht bekommen habe!!!!

Nido Príncipe Pio Residence

The Nido Príncipe Pio Residence is the perfect place to stay. The location is just perfect as its right in front of the Principe Pio station, A few minutes walk to the city centre.
Pricing is perfect, as your rental amount is all inclusive and you do not have to worry about any extra billing. You really do get value for your money.
The staff, professional and very welcoming, always with a smile and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is solved in a timely manner.
The extra amenities like gym, games & cinema room made it perfect for me to socialise and made long term friends from different nationalities.
This is home away from home. I will be Back soon.

Great student housing!

Great student housing!
I really enjoyed my time living in Nido Bryggen - as an international Master's student in Copenhagen. I loved the amenities, location and the fully furnished rooms of Nido. The staff were always kind and helpful and my deposit was returned promptly after my move-out date. Staff were also very flexible and helpful with my move-in date. Overall it was a great experience and I will miss living at Nido Bryggen :)

We booked the Nido Netherlands and


We booked the Nido Netherlands and we're among the students that had their contract cancelled due to some maintenance regulations of the Netherlands (it was a new building) ,they refunded us and all the amount and we were among the first contacted when they were ready 6 month later, yes I know ,but for Netherlands knowing the huge problem with the rent it was ok!! We got the studio finaly and it is perfect!! 😍 Thank you Nido for all your efforts and patience.. Anastasia.

Jeg har vÊret så glad for at bo i Nido. Det tÊt på byen, shopping og handle mulighederne er gode, der grÞnne områder i nÊrheden og der er ingen larm.
Alle ansatte har vÊret så hjÊpsomme og sÞde, hvis der har vÊret det mindste, de ting der har vÊret i stykker i lejligheden er altid blevet ordnet og jeg er altid blevet behandlet godt af både folk der bor der og arbejder der. De ansatte taler altid pÊnt, er smilende, klar på en snak hvis der er brug for det også er de gode til at lave arrangementer for alle der bor der. Så jeg kan klart anbefale Nido, hvis man sÞger et stille og roligt sted, som er tÊt på alting og hvor der er gode og sÞde mennesker der kan hjÊlpe dig.

Helt igennem forfÊrdeligt firma.
Nido overtog Dagmarhaven VallensbÊk Strand for 8 måneder siden og de agter stadig ikke at svare på opsigelser af lejemål. Det er på ingen måde at vÊre ved at få styr på tingene. Det er jo blot at skrive, tak for din opsigelse. Istedet opbygges problemer i voldsomt stigende grad for dem selv, deres lejere og tidligere lejere. Dagmarhaven er elendigt byggeri og Nido gÞr det kun til rent hell. Hold jer langt langt vÊk.

9.500 DKK rent and the building has


9.500 DKK rent and the building has just one cleaner. The staff is unfriendly and the building is dirty.
Since I moved here, there have been at least three floods in the gym and a daily fire alarm. I also don't want to talk about the terrible state of affairs with the trash beans. It would be quite simple to locate the individuals causing the chaos there because of the CCTV.

Nido and stuff are disappointing.

Nidoliving har ansvaret for Dagmarhaven i VallensbÊk Strand. Jeg ahr forsÞgt at komme i kontakt med Nidoliving gennem MANGE måneder både per mail og telefon uden held. Jeg har faktisk sendt den samme mail x flere i flere uger uden at Nidoliving har ville svare. Vores lejlighed har vÊret uden varme hele vinteren! Derudover har man i sommers gravet et hul foran mine forÊldres terasse hvor man har fjernet jroden men aldrig ordnet det igen.Dette nu resulteret i at terassen er ved at brage sammen og er personfarlig - Det har vi også kontaktet Nido omkring. ParkeringskÊlderen (Hvor det koster en formue) er altid fyldt med VAND så ens sko er gennemblÞdte fordi vandet lÞber igennem betonen! Men Nido har ikke svaret på hvad de vil gÞre det!
Det er ikke blot frustrerende men også ULOVLIGT da udlejer har ansvar for dette.

Jeg forstår slet ikke at sådan en virksomhed kan eksisterer i Danmark.

Stay away from Nido Living!

Nido Living took over administration over the apartment building that we are renting in October 2023. We had many issues before they took over. But the last company atleast answered and Communicated with us. But since Nido took over, its been impossible to get in touch with them.
It took them over 3months to answer an email. Very unprofesional from a big company. They dont pick up the phone either.
We had heating problem, our heat in the apartment didnt work properly. Have in mind that this has been a very cold november and desember in Denmark. And our apartment have not been the only one with these issues. We have a facebook group, and 80% of the tenants have this problems. And nobody can get in touch with Nido.

Are you considering renting apartment from Nido Living, expect this kind of service from them.
Stay Away!

As you have mentioned, Nido took over the property management of the building VallensbÊk Strand in Denmark in October 2023 and inherited a number of issues which we were unfortunately unaware of.

We have received a huge number of complaints with regards to the issues we've inherited from the previous operator and we are working through these in priority order. Please rest assured we are doing our best to work through them as quickly as we can and we apologise for any delays in response to your emails thus far. We have been providing weekly updates via email on key action points, such as the heating. Please do let us know if you haven’t been receiving these communications so we can update your contact details in our system.

We were made aware of the heating issues 4 weeks after taking over the management of the property. In the last 6 weeks, we have had a plumbing company on site nearly every day replacing heat exchangers, pumps and altering pressure to ensure we resolve every issue in every apartment. We have successfully resolved the heating issues in over 90% of apartments and this has all been communicated with the tenants, in addition to providing regular updates on the work being undertaken to everyone.

We continue to work hard in resolving all the issues our residents are raising and appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. We hope the above gives you some comfort and context around the issues raised and reassurance that we are doing everything we can to ensure that all issues can be resolved and our tenants are satisfied.
