Goedemorgen,

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons oprecht dat uw aanvraag destijds op deze manier is verlopen.

Inmiddels is Martin niet meer werkzaam binnen ons bedrijf en sinds die tijd hebben wij onze werkwijze en communicatie volledig vernieuwd om dit soort situaties te voorkomen.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

We would, however, like to clarify that we obtain the official white NIE Certificate issued by the Policía Nacional in Spain. This is the official document that is accepted throughout Spain for a wide range of administrative procedures, including purchasing property, opening a Spanish bank account, signing employment contracts, obtaining utilities, paying taxes, and many other official processes.

For that reason, we would genuinely like to understand your experience better. Could you let us know where exactly your NIE certificate was not accepted? We'd be more than happy to investigate the situation and see if we can help resolve it.

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Hoewel deze review inmiddels wat ouder is, willen wij er toch graag op reageren.

Sinds uw ervaring hebben wij onze werkwijze volledig vernieuwd. Wij bieden nu een 100% online procedure aan waarbij de notariële legalisatie tegen een vast tarief van slechts €125 wordt geregeld. Hierdoor weten onze klanten vooraf precies waar ze aan toe zijn en zijn er geen verrassingen meer tijdens het proces.

Thank you for your feedback. Although this is a very late response, we only started actively using Trustpilot today (21 July 2026), so I still wanted to address your review.

First of all, I completely understand your frustration if your application took longer than expected.

Regarding your comments, I would like to clarify that the Spanish authorities do indeed close their offices on official public holidays. In addition, during periods such as Christmas and especially August, many police stations operate with reduced staffing due to holidays. In those situations, appointments can unfortunately be postponed or cancelled by the authorities, which may result in delays. Whenever we are informed of such circumstances, we always communicate this to our clients as soon as possible.

We are committed to being transparent and keeping our clients updated throughout the entire process. Since taking over the company, customer satisfaction has been our highest priority.
