This is the second purchase ive made. The first i ordered one ear cuff, test the waters as they say. Omg, its beautiful. Clips on perfectly. Looks amazing. Doesn't move or hurt. I got a free chain, thank you. Ive now just placed an order for 3 ear cuffs ready for my holiday in all different colours and a bracelet and im getting another free chain. I wished companies would take advice from this one. Free next day delivery without spending an arm and a leg. I received a WhatsApp message, thanking me and an email. I also received a discount code for my next order. Exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend. Products are really, really beautiful

It’s my first time buying and I was looking for an ear cuff for the holidays and the ones I’ve previously had were so painful and this website had so many pretty things which I made an order and absolutely in love with the ear cuff, pain free and the candles are lovely. Thank you

So just ordered my third cuff, first one became loose so it was replaced, that one now loose so reordered from Amazon this time , fingers crossed for third time lucky 🍀

I first saw Nikita products when Dani Blythe was talking about the jewellery on her Instagram and ordered a couple pieces and loved them! It was approaching my 40th Birthday and I asked family for vouchers so that I could buy the ear cuffs. And they are exactly as advertised you can wear them all day and they dont hurt in the slightest!
Also the delivery was extremely fast and the customer service was fantastic, they responded to my enquiries very fast. Would highly recommend!!

Love my hinged ear cuff most comfortable earring ever worn! Would highly recommend and even purchased another one for my daughter but in a different colour.

Loved it so much that as soon as it arrived I ordered another one and will be adding again soon. I keep forgetting that I’m wearing them as you can’t feel them at all once they are on. Arrived really quickly and in lovely packaging. Seriously couldn’t fault anything at all.

I made an error on my order and the customer service was second to none really helpful and sorted everything - would definitely recommend them - plus the ear cuff is amazing

Purchased the coloured stone ear cuffs, they look lovely on and do not pinch, making them very comfortable to wear. Very pleased with the quality and delivered very quickly.

I was inundated with ads for the pain free ear cuff and as an avid piercing lover I had to give it a go, I actually didn't have much faith in it, I try to gravitate my shopping towards independent sellers, especially if they are women (girl power and all that jazz) but I tend to find 9/10 they end up being drop shippers. Not with this brand.

Ear cuff is indeed pain free, well made and all sparkly. It came well packaged in gift bags within a gift box, branded, eco-friendly packaging, "How to Wear" leaflet and a little pamphlet on their story. My cuff arrived with not only the free gift advertised but also a chuckle inducing "Perv Protector" laptop camera cover.

Will be ordering more colours and other pretty things again soon!

My ear cuffs are really pretty but unfortunately the first one I tried fell off multiple times before disappearing completely. I was really disappointed given that that company's USP is that the cuffs are secure and stay on all day. I spoke with Nikita who told me this wasn't something they'd come across before but if I ordered another product they would send me a replacement. I wasn't keen to spend more money on something that would fall off so I appealed for another resolution. After a few emails back and forth I was told I was putting the company in a tricky position. Having worked in retail and hospitality directly with customers all my working life I was a little shocked by this response. After I wrote a honest review I was then offered a replacement which seems much more secure.

I have supported this brand through multiple purchases because I genuinely like supporting small businesses. However, I’ve become increasingly disappointed by the gap between what this brand promotes and what I’ve experienced as a customer.

The messaging is heavily focused on empowerment, community and appreciating customers, yet customer interaction often feels selective. Some customers appear to be consistently acknowledged while others, despite making repeated purchases, seem to go unnoticed.

I also found the owner’s engagement on social media inconsistent. When followers ask where featured items have been purchased, some seem to receive direct links and detailed responses, while others are given vague answers or no meaningful information at all. I experienced this myself and found it disappointing.

I was also disappointed to find that a necklace marketed as tarnish-free has already started showing signs of wear.

No business is perfect, but authenticity matters. If a brand chooses to build its reputation around certain values, customers should be able to see those values reflected in both the products and the customer experience.

This isn’t written by a hater. It’s written by a customer who has spent money with the business, wanted to continue supporting it, and ultimately felt let down.
I have chosen to leave this review anonymously, as I do not feel comfortable being identified as the customer behind this feedback. However, I believe honest feedback is important, particularly from those who have genuinely supported a business.

Super easy to order, the item arrived the next day and is the most gorgeous, comfortable cuff ever! I’ve had so many compliments on it I might need to buy another one…!

I bought an ear cuff (silver) as I’ve been debating whether to get a piercing or not for ages! I wanted to see what it looked like. It’s so easy to wear, feels comfortable and adds pretty sparkle!

Beautiful silver coloured ear cuffs which are so comfortable that I actually forgot I was wearing them! No pinching .. no pain! Came with a free necklace which is also gorgeous but broke after 2 wears… very disappointing

The ear cuffs are beautiful and they truly are pain free. I recently had surgery on my lobes as my piercings had become very enlarged. With these ear cuffs I can still wear earrings. Obviously once I can have my ears repierced I will continue to wear them. So good that I have just ordered some for my daughter’s birthday. Exceptional customer service.

I have just completed my first purchase with Nikita. The ear cuffs are beautiful, I also received a necklace as a free gift and ordered a £5 lucky dip which was a gorgeous trinket box - a lovely surprise!
I also ordered some coasters for a friend (first Christmas present ticked off the list!) and they are really lovely.
I would definitely recommend this company as I’m so impressed with the service as well as the products. It all arrived the next day too, and delivery was free for my order. Absolutely brilliant!
