I actually rang Nikura & spoke to a lovely human before placing my order for "backuchiol carrier oil also castor oil and vitamin e" So helpful advised me on safe quantities (to avoid sensitive skin irritation) to use and what else things works well with. All advice worked very well for me so thank-you Nikura. Will shop here again & already recommend to friends & family, fast delivery too, lovely shopping experience.

Royal Mail had issues with my order and it was not on the system. I notified Nikura of the non delivery after 10 days and Brendah sorted everything out and sent another order to me which I received the next day. Fantastic customer service and the oils were perfect !!!

An excellent informative website. I selected my essential oils and they arrived the next day. I made an enquiry about aromatherapy books and received a lovely email from Brendah directing me to the Nikura blog. I'm delighted with my selected essential oils for the purpose of easing sore arthritic fingers. I believe the effect of gentle massage with the oils offers therapeutic relief. The quality oils are competitively priced and I'll definitely make further purchases from Nikura - a company that cares about its products and its customers.

Nikura are a wonderful company. Their prices are always great, the range of oils is far more comprehensive than that of other companies, and the support for customers is brilliant. I had a slight problem with one oil in a recent batch and it was dealt with immediately and a replacement was sent even before the exchange between me and customer service was finished. I ordered the diffuser and oils after seeing it on social media. The essential oils smell absolutely amazing and I’m absolutely thrilled with them. A slight hiccup with my order was quickly and easily resolved with the fantastic customer service and Brendah was really helpful. Can’t recommend this company enough.

I started using this family run company roundabout a year ago as I saw an advert for the oils and they were on offer at time, so I thought I’d give them a try—-and they didn’t disappoint—-I then bought one of the little oil bottle diffusers and then a second as they’re amazing and they can be used anywhere in the house and I plan on getting another 5. Then yesterday I placed a small order, got my confirmation email to which I replied telling them I was especially eager for this order as it had my favourite oil in (which I found through there choices) and I was out of it at home and want my house smelling my beautiful favourite again, to which they later replied that they had been in touch with the dispatch department and they’d had it packed and posted the same day for me—-how amazing is that-I will be recommending and buying from Nikura for a long, long time and I think anyone reading this, should too!

I have bought both essential and carrier oils from Nikura and have always been pleased with the quality, price and variety. I use essential oils diluted in carrier oil for massaging my body after showering, I mix essential and carrier oils with salt for a body scrub and sometimes oil my hair prior to washing. The oils are so versatile.
I was delighted to use the 'Misti' diffuser that arrived yesterday. Our home is beautifully scented with no 'nasties'! I also use essential oils in our air purifier in the bedroom - wonderful to fall asleep to.
