We needed help for our elderly parents, and after talking through their needs the Nila team put everything in place so whatever our parents need from medical, emotional support, advice on any issues they can help. Importantly we can get in touch with someone at any time.

I have been a subscriber of Nila services for some months now. The care managers assigned to my parents are really dedicated , supportive and understands the needs of my parents. They keep me posted on a regular basis. Even though you can never really stop worrying , but it feels great & reassuring to know there is someone / a team of responsible individuals who are immediately available to help & support your parents and that too with personal care and compassion.

We have been using Nila Elder care services for almost a year now. The care, responsiveness, followups etc have all been very amazing especially when we are not in the same country and being worried all the time what is happening when we are in opposite timezones. They are our go to person when we are stuck especially around medical issues, taking our parents for hospital visits, checking in with doctors, supporting in billing and navigating the hospitals in delhi. Last year we had to go into a surgery for my Dad and we depended on them to get all the prep work done and keep us updated. Very reliable and we are very greatful for them. We primarily work with Vishal who is our go to person and we cannot thank him enough for being there to care for our parents.

This organization has people with compassion, empathy and they genuinely care. The proactive communication stands out. My transactions were cashless and the conversation doctors was very transparent to me. This organization has skills to onboard support staff too.

Great experience with the team during an emergency. They responded immediately and kept everyone posted about the status and progress. Also handled cashless transactions at the hospital through the medical insurance company. Their medical focus is very useful for aging parents during an emergency.

I have been using the Elderly Care services from Nila Care for over a year now. The entire team are very friendly, helpfu and prompt in responding and arranging necessary medical appointments for my elderly parents(Mom and Dad) back home in India. Staying far away from parents is very difficult especially if we are so far away from India. Nila Care and the team have made our life easier by being approachable as and when we need doctor appointments and visits and they arrange for it immediately. In the last 2 months, I (a KSA-based NRI), have seen my mother and father's needs from a health and companionship perspective while Nila has also been there supportive in so many other ways such as helping with finding caretakers, home GP/therapist visits while also keeping the process easy to navigate and understand for us siblings.
The constant contact practiced by the assigned HC Manager (who is herself a nurse, a very good listener and was able to build a great relationship with my parents quickly) to keep us updated with our parent's general condition is very comforting.
The emergency support procedures in place also give us great peace of mind that our parents, although far from us, will be taken care of in case of (god-forbid) any health-related incidents.
Overall, I am delighted with the care and services provided by the whole organization, from the top down.

Have been pleasantly surprised at the wealth of quality services offered by Nila. Hired to take care of my recently widowed mother they go out of their way to establish rapport and support with medical personal needs. Having a nurse on her team is peace of mind for us siblings who all live in different parts of the world. Communication is stellar and they are able to improvise as the situation demands. Over all, Nila has provided good peace of mind in my case, with me in the US, and my aging father in Mumbai. The on-boarding process was effective and reassuring, with relevant dialog and question-answers. Their old-age service offerings are well thought out. The operations staff are properly qualified - both, medically, as well as socially, which helps integrate them well into the care-giving setup. Follow-up with the patient and the family member is consistent and meaningful. Nila seems capable of acting as my proxy.

We have been with Nila since a few months and cannot fault their service. They understand how important it is for me to find the right person to take care of medical needs of my elderly parents. The care manager assigned to us is very knowledgeable, considerate and has been outstanding in every respect. From arranging doctor appointments, discussing ongoing treatment, arranging prescriptions and medications, and following up on progress, it has been a very seamless experience. Their billing also has been very trasparent and their service is very reasonably priced. The entire team have been caring, understanding, supportive and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
