I have learned a lot from Niladri Sir on SAP SF courses, Sir is very detail-oriented with deep knowledge in many areas of SuccessFactors. His Training programs are both live sessions and recordings. Sir is very organized, committed, dedicated, approachable and helpful. I am big fan of his teach methodology but my observation due to the level of details he goes into during training, few experience consultants who are looking exact point/solutions what they need may loos their penitence or focus due to their expectation. If they can spend time would be helpful.

Niladri’s vast depth of knowledge of all the SAP SF (HR) modules and his ability to draw out professional examples of even the complex topics makes his academy a definite stand out for even the most seasoned SF professionals. I would definitely recommend experienced professionals to check out his academy and learn some of the new modules.
For youngsters starting or planning to change their career, you won’t get this sort of teacher/SF guru anywhere.
