NILC Training レビュー

The course was very well delivered, the instructor was really approachable and friendly, and all of the materials were really helpful for the exam.

Was a lovely course and answered a lot of my questions. Sarah was fantastic and it was good to know industry insights too!

Great training with a knowledgeable trainer. I learnt a lot. Really helpful that he went through all the copilot functionality

Julie was patient and well versed with XERO we learned a lot from the session

Jonathan Pollinger was my trainer and he was super knowledgeable in all things AI. He went into great detail in Microsoft Copilot, gave some great tips in general usage, agents, research and much more.

Couldn't fault the delivery and I came out of the training having learnt plenty that can be applied to day to day life and my career.

Huge thanks!

Had a great experience. Trainer was knowledgeable and helpful. Course material was up to date and also interactive. The support was available from start to finish.

Clear, concise and tailored for the attendees

The "Unlocking AI’s potential with Microsoft 365 Copilot" webinar was a very useful session. The overview of the powerful features of Copilot were explained well with many real-life examples throughout. There was opportunity to ask questions at any time and the answers were given neatly.

The teacher was great and really guided us through the course.

My experience with NILC has always been positive. Karim helped me find the right PLA course to suit my needs. The organisation and communication was first class. I look forward to taking many more training courses with them.

Tony was fantastic. Brought everything to life simply and all questions were welcomed. Karim was also great in getting everything organised prior.
Would highly recommend NILC

Tony led the course exceptionally, explained in detail and different ways if something wasn’t understood. Highly recommend

I really appreciated your patience and understanding that learners come in all shapes and sizes. Going into this course, I honestly didn't think I'd complete it. I'm glad I spoke up about my needs, and you adapted your approach to help me succeed. I wanted to empower myself, and you made that possible.

I've been running events for 26 years, so thank you to everyone involved. The communication throughout, course reminders, pre-course work, and both the hard-copy and digital materials were all organised and seamless.

Tony's knowledge really shone through. The regular breaks were timed perfectly, and his verbal explanations were excellent.

There's always room for improvement. I explained at the enrolment stage that I am visually impaired, so I would suggest putting reasonable adjustments in place from that first point of contact. I did struggle to see the flip charts and had to rely on the verbal descriptions. However, the adjustments you put in place enabled me to achieve a pass, and I'm very grateful for that.

I thought the course was very interactive and informative. The presentation was easy to follow and you could go at the pace you needed. The Instructor Rob was great knew his stuff and help me greatly to understand the course.

Excellent customer relationship and excellent course delivery with seasoned and professional instructors. They are highly recommended.

Everything was very clear and concise and easy to understand.

Booking was quick and simple, Karim was amazing sorting out my PLA funding. Course book arrived well in advanced allowing pre reading and preparation.

The course was fast paced from the outset which was fine for me as I am familiar with Agile PM already but was a challenge for this new to project management.

Exam delivery was simple, much less intense than other providers.

Super speedy with communication and a personal touch. Karim was especially helpful 😊

Tony was a fantastic teacher, interesting, engaging and knowledgeable.

I recently completed a training course with NILC and had a great experience. Karim and the team were very supportive, providing the course documentation promptly. The course was well structured, easy to follow, and the tutor, Jonathan, was knowledgeable and supportive throughout.

I successfully passed the course with a score of around 90% and feel much more confident in applying what I learned. I would definitely recommend NILC to anyone looking for high-quality training.
