fantastic content and tutor
From start to finish the tutor explained everything and made it relevant. The content was great and enabled me to build on ideas to enhance engagement to my Facebook group. No question was silly and i felt comfortable, it the start of the course i was scared of social media and did the basic. Jonathan gave a tour or all the tools and functions and it made me confident to make use in the future.

The whole process was so well managed
The whole process was so well managed. The organising all the way through to the actual training. I certainly recommend and would use them again if needed.

Prince2 Foundation
I attended the online Prince2 Foundation course with Karen and she was absolutely fantastic! Very engaging and ensured everyone was well looked after. Her knowledge and passion for this methodology really shone through and the delivery of the course made taking in a lot of complex information in a short space of time a lot easier. I feel I learned a lot from the 3 days and feel lucky to have been able to have attended.

I recently undertook the Agile PM…
I recently undertook the Agile PM Foundation course with NILC. The sign up process was fast and easy and there was help when needed. The course itself was very informative and I was successful in passing the exam at the end of day 3 so I'm really happy with the experience.

Would Recommend
Great communication for the booking and attending the course. The trainer was great and had a thorough knowledge of the subject matter including an exam breakdown and what to expect. It was an entertaining course that I enjoyed and managed to pass ! Thank you all.

Great Experience
I really enjoyed the Social Media course I took with Jonathan. I found it really informative and I learned a lot. He was really knowledgeable on the subject and was happy to answer the (many!) questions I had. I would really recommend a course with NILC.

Levels 1 and 2 Sage Accounts
I completed Levels 1 and 2 Sage 50 Accounts with NILC who I felt were excellent from the booking process to the completion of the course.
I hadn't used Sage prior to this, my tutor was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her teaching format and in asking questions.
I would happily recommend NILC to anyone looking to improve their skills.

First rate service from start to finish
Everything about my experience with NILC has been great. The training course (AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner) was excellent, and the level of customer service was perfect. Friendly, quick to respond and always informative. I would recommend NILC to anyone.

Easy to understand approach to complex concepts
Tony, who was the tutor for the course, managed to explain the complex concepts included in the PRINCE2 manual in a very easy-to-understand manner. Also, despite the foundation course lasting only three days (given that the manual is more than 300 pages), the course very efficiently provided all the necessary information and covered the main aspects needed to pass the exam. I really appreciated the chosen approach — that it was not only about learning the concepts and terminology, but actually understanding them and how they are applied.

Outstanding Training and Support from NILC
I recently completed my ITIL 4 Foundation course with NILC, and I can confidently say it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From registration to course delivery, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally.
The trainers were knowledgeable, engaging, and very supportive throughout the learning process. The course materials were clear, well-structured, and practical — which made understanding ITIL concepts much easier.
A special mention to Karim, who has been incredibly supportive and responsive at every step. His guidance made the whole process effortless, from course enrollment to certification updates.
