This conpanys service is an absolute joke and that may even be an understatement.
After two weeks i received my case, yes it looked nice (for a week) but was poor quailty, noticble wear and tear within a week. From case snapped when taking it out of pocket, tried to orgainse i a replacement, 3 months later still waiting.
If you enjoy never speaking to actual humans and receiving automated emails instead of acutual support then good luck.
Dont waste your time or mental energy with this company or products.

Very disappointed as the product I ordered was stolen. The courier they got is not known and there is no way for you to contact them. We have a mailbox but they just left it above the mailbox roof where it was exposed to the passersby. Tried to email Nillkin but they never come back to me with this issue. This proves that their customer service is really bad. I'll boycott this brand from now on.

I bought an I pad keyboard case
I bought an I pad keyboard case. I initially liked the look of it but after putting my I pad in the case the volume buttons are permenantley pushed down. I emailed about the product defect and they assured me after a week of waiting that I would get a replacement. I agreed and after another week and a half I have heard nothing back. I wouldn’t risk buying the products, customer service seems non exsistance. I wish I knew this before I went ahead and bought from these guys

Stay Away
The case is absolutely rubbish. It feels cheap and does not sit properly on my zFold7. Also their reviews of 5 star rating are all fake. They also don't upload your review if you give them a bad one. Their customer service is terrible. I told them about the issue and they blamed me for not "installing the case properly". Unbelievable.

Bad quality of the screen protector and the worst customer service
Good quality of the case, but very bad quality of the glass protector and the worst customer service ever.
I bought the case cover and the glass protector for my Samsung Z Fold 7.
1. The case cover is exceptional, the pen coming with the case is pretty shit.
2. The glass protector is very shit, even I followed the instructor but couldn't apply it, I have done hundreds of different glass protectors in my past, but this is the worst one, there is no support tool for it as well. Failed to apply and throw it to the bin.
3. Sent an email to support service, there is no replies from them. Not sure what I should do now.
Broken screen protector recieved, no replacement
I received a broken screen protector and customer support refused to send a replacement. Fortunately, PayPal buyer protection reimbursed my purchase. I will never buy from this company or brand again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

EDITED: I contacted customer support for a return, have sent 3 e-mails over 7 days and not had a single reply. In the end I had to resort to writing them negative reviews on Google maps, which finally got their attention and I received a reply. Ultimately, they managed to resolve their issue, but I'd still say they could be better in their customer support and responsiveness.
I’ve had a very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service and their Flip 7 phone cover. The cover costs around £30, but the quality is extremely poor -it is one of the worst covers I’ve purchased. It does not fit the phone properly.
Despite contacting customer service multiple times and providing several photos, they refused to accept the return. They only allow returns if they believe the item is “faulty”, and even then, they seem unwilling to acknowledge issues. Their customer service is extremely slow as well; it takes almost a month to receive a single reply.
Overall, it has been a waste of money, time, and effort. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
Don’t buy from Nillikin
UPDATE 12/9: Finally got a response from them. The product was never received by the shipping company as they lied about 3-5 day shipping since the project is still not in the country. They have been harassing me about canceling the dispute with my credit card with the promise they will refund me “right away”. I know the only reason they reached out is because of that dispute and I have told them I will not be canceling it because they cannot be trusted. The icing on the cake is they sent me a link to review the device and when I told the truth about them, they took the review I posted down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
Didn’t read the reviews here first. Placed the orde 11/7 was charged and received a shipping email 11/8 with a tracking number from UniUni, a company I had never heard of. A week later there was no tracking update at all. Two emails to customer service went unanswered so I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge and already have my money back.
All worked out in the end.
I had to wait for a response in regards to the delivery, but after an apology for the late response, all worked out okay.
