Company description NILO Construction Limited is a London-based Design & Build construction company delivering high-quality residential refurbishment and structural projects across North, North-West and Greater London. We specialise in full house renovations, loft conversions, rear and side extensions, structural alterations, premium bathroom installations and kitchen refurbishments. We provide structured contracts, clearly defined scopes of work, transparent pricing, contract administration and consistent on-site supervision as part of our project management service. Core services include: • Full property refurbishment • Loft conversions • House extensions • Structural steel installation (RSJs) • Removal of load-bearing walls • Bathroom renovations (including high-spec finishes) • Kitchen installation and refurbishment • Electrical and plumbing works • Decoration and final finishes • Project management and contract administration • Planning support and coordination • Preparation of architectural and technical drawings • Building Control liaison NILO Construction Limited works in areas including Hampstead, Highgate, Islington, Barnet, St John’s Wood, Finchley, Palmers Green and Epping. We hold £10 million Public Liability Insurance and carry out works in accordance with UK Building Regulations and Building Control requirements. Full renovation of a small flat

Igor and his team have renovated my whole flat over a period of two years. They've replaced my kitchen and bathroom, installed new flooring, skirting, doors, and rewired as well. I have been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to several friends, who also had positive experiences. Igor is super easy to get in touch with and is very responsive. The team were always polite, tidy, and professional. Feel very lucky to have found them and will continue to recommend them!

Conservatory converted to extension

We had Zhan and Igor with us for a conversion of our conservatory into an extension. The outcome was as I hoped for and we are very happy with the space! It is obvious they put client relationships as a priority and we felt we were taken care of, and the team on site were very clean and respectful. The quality and workmanship was also excellent. As with many structural projects, unforeseen structural issues were uncovered however Zhan was very informative and transparent with us, and was happy incorporate some of our sugguestions to the solution, which we really appreciated. We would like to thank team for making a beautiful space for our family.
