Alle transacties worden uitgevoerd op basis van de door gebruikers verstrekte informatie en in overeenstemming met de geldende servicevoorwaarden. In gevallen met een verhoogd risico kunnen wij de gebruiker verzoeken om aanvullende bevestiging dat de opgegeven wallet aan hem of haar toebehoort. Daarnaast willen wij benadrukken dat wij geen custodiale diensten aanbieden voor het bewaren van cryptovaluta en geen toegang hebben tot de middelen van gebruikers. In geval van problemen of vragen met betrekking tot externe diensten raden wij aan rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met hun klantenservice.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the delay in your SEPA Instant payment.
The issue was due to a temporary technical problem on the bank’s side during their system update, which affected the processing of several transactions.
Please note that the payment was initiated from our side on time. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the bank to resolve the issue before the funds could be released. The payment has now been successfully received.
We always act with full transparency and do everything possible to speed up the process in such situations. We value your trust, and we’d greatly appreciate if you could consider reflecting this in your review, as this situation was beyond our direct control.
