Had a Driver fitting from Ninebyninegolf and the service was excellent.

Really enjoyable and thorough fitting. Mark was very knowledgeable and also took his time to understand my swing and preferences before arriving at shaft options alongside my preferred head choices. From the first discussion all the way through to deliver the whole process was excellent & the customer service via Mark was first class.
I tried a lot of different irons & the information regarding distance, height etc was all clearly obtained providing all the data necessary to make a clear decision as to what was the best set for me. Once my new clubs were ready after 3-weeks I was especially pleased that a further 45-minute session was provided to ensure the gapping was right & the clubs weakened as appropriate.
I would thoroughly recommend any element of fitting for new clubs via Ninebyninegolf.

I cannot recommend Nine by Nine highly enough. The fitting, the club selection and the service, the set-up, and the advice were all first-class. The clubs (Irons) were ready exactly when I was told they would be, and the follow-up and after-sales care have been exceptional.
I will be going back for my driver and woods and strongly suggest that anyone looking to get new clubs speak to the team at Nine by Nine.

I had been exploring different options for a full bag club fitting and knew exactly what I was looking for. I chose Nine by Nine Golf because of their specialization in custom fitting and builds, as highlighted on their website and socials. From the very start, they exceeded my expectations.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mark, who was incredibly friendly. The environment at Nine by Nine felt both professional and high-quality. Mark began by reviewing my current setup, asking thoughtful questions, and gathering initial data. After warming up, we focused on refining the ideal setup—starting with irons, then moving on to drivers and woods, and finishing with wedges.

Mark’s knowledge was exceptional. He tailored the fitting to suit me perfectly—not just aiming for one standout number, but considering the broader goal of what I wanted to achieve with my clubs. This approach was exactly why I chose Nine by Nine in the first place, and it was reassuring to see their published ethos reflected during the session.

By the end of the fitting, I had confidently decided to go all in, purchasing a full bag of new clubs (excluding my putter). While I haven’t collected the clubs yet, I have no doubt the rest of the process will meet the same high standard.

Since the fitting, I’ve had a few conversations over the phone with Matt, who has been incredibly helpful. The team has also arranged a gapping session upon collection to ensure the clubs are perfectly optimized for me—a thoughtful touch I wasn’t expecting, but one that further demonstrates their commitment to excellence.

Great service; excellent packaging to deliver the putter safely: quality product

One of the aspects I really liked was swing style (arc or straight) and particularly head weight. This is key and enabled me to buy online with confidence. I have tried it and I love the look and balance of the Retreve putter
