Incredible staff! I'm from Brazil and due to custom clearance problems my products were sent back to Ninelife. However they've always mantained contact with me, sending another shipment. Absolutely kind and helpful.

I've been purchasing with Ninelife for about 1 year now and have never had a single problem.
So, only great things to say and hope they keep on working like that.

1. I like their insistence when at first the delivery was not delivered.
2. Also the continuous comunication

The support gave when I had problems with delivery was perfect.
Itis just not 5 stars because your people wrote the incorrect delivery address 2 times.
