Microsoft would not activate this. They said it was unknown

Code wasn’t working but got the support to make it work

Purchased a key for Microsoft 2019 pro plus installed it without any problems.

All works perfectly. Just follow the instructions Cheers

As I am not computer litorate I had some trouble getting this installed and working. However I connected with the chat line and they sorted me out. So great after service. It was me that was the problem.

Very fast response, and the instructions very clear and concise, recommended

The product worked fine and followed guidance on Youtube video.

On website it says its genuine key that can be used life time and is activated online, but they are not some keys are blocked completely and some you would need to call microsoft.
And if you would need to do a reinstall some reason, you cannot reuse it, even on same pc.

Very slick, very quick, simple to buy, get registered, took 2 minutes, now that’s pretty damn good if you ask me, thanks

Very straight forward to install, follow the instructions and your done.

key that was sent to me was previously used and activated. Send them request for a new key however have no reply, just ignore my emails.

Received activation code. Had to activate by phone via Microsoft helpline. Software activated now

Download worked fine. I followed the instructions I was given to activate it but it didn't work either online or on the phone. Typed a message into online chat which indicated the typical response time was a few minutes. It was about 2.5 hours before I got a response! I was sent another key which worked. Rather frustrating experience

Very good service well explained easy to use

Bought 2 now, had to activate over the phone like they say may happen. (Which means it will!) Both keys worked fine no problems at all. Bargain! Will use again
Thank you

Excellent . Job got done. Brilliant

Link was rec'd quickly, followed easy setup instructions regards downloading. Had to use telephone setup but again very straight forward and then loaded Office, all working perfectly. Thank you Erina
