Ordered a top with personalisation for my husband. When it arrived I got the wrong size and no name on the back, trying to get In contact with them has been an absolute nightmare. They don’t reply to emails and when you eventually get hold of them on the chat site they tell you they’ll send over return & refund details but never do. Would 100% avoid ordering from them. Shambles of a company

Sent the wrong size. I emailed and asked for it to be returned and a replacement in the correct size sent but have yet to receive a response -that’s been three weeks now. Really disappointed ☹️

I ordered two shirts from 90+5 on 6th December and paid £59.99. Delivery was estimated for 20th December, but I received no tracking information until I chased it by email on the 13th. Tracking details were finally sent on the 17th.

The parcel arrived on 24th December, but only one shirt was included. The package wasn’t damaged or opened. I contacted them again to ask whether the second item was coming separately.

On 31st December I was told the missing item had been lost and that a refund would be issued. I was then refunded £19.99, despite having paid £29.99 for the missing shirt. I emailed to query this but received no response, and the refund amount was not corrected.

I’ve now stopped chasing and am cutting my losses, but I’d advise others to be cautious when ordering, as communication and issue resolution were very poor.

To begin with, the order took a long time to arrive. I couldn’t understand why, until it arrived with a Chinese label on it.

The product is really poor quality - basically transparent - and so far my requests to return it have not been responded to.

I ordered an Ireland jersey as a Christmas present. Took 3 weeks to come, I understand busy time of year. Then when it arrived there was no crest on jersey. I have emailed a picture and no response? Very disappointing

No order, no communication and no way of getting in touch with them. Completed my order 6 weeks ago well ahead of Christmas and still nothing. I have sent 4 emails of which none have been acknowledged. I wouldn’t use this cowboys outfit. Terrible all round

This website is a complete disaster! I placed my order on the 5th of December as a present, expecting that 20 days would be plenty of time for it to be delivered!
Haven’t received my order yet, also haven’t received any update on my order! I have emailed twice and haven’t got any reply!
Posting here to warn any other possible customers not to bother spending their money on this site, and also hoping that they might see my review and eventually reply to me!
Shocking !!

Ordered 2 football shirts. And recieved 1 weeks after I ordered. Have emailed customer service 3 times over the last 4 days and have still yet to receive a response. Was meant to be a Xmas present but looking likely that other shirt isn’t arriving. Really poor customer service as it has been non existent in answering my emails. And I am out of pocket for a shirt that’s yet to arrive

I would not recommend this company at all. An email address for contact but no response. I have ordered 2 tops with Royal Mail tracked, no response from 2 emails I sent. I ordered the tops on 10th December required for 22nd December and still nothing. This company could potentially be a scam.

An absolute shambles of a company, I know its xmas but my order has been in since the 6th of December, still no sign of it, tried to cancel it last week by email but got a reply saying it had already been shipped, asked from tracking info and never got a reply till yesterday with the tracking info, put the details into the royal mail app and it says “they are expecting my items” so its not even left 90.+5 warehouse, case has been opened with paypal, do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys at all cost.

Ordered the Scotland Away shirt 1990 . Was surprised that it was of excellent quality and authentic detail for a replica shirt . Would buy again from this company . Took around 2 weeks to arrive , but was worth the wait with e mail updates from the company with a tracking reference.

Item sent to wrong address at the totally opposite side of country and I have had no communication from them as to why this happened or if they can resend or give me a refund.

Will not be using service again

Ordered an Ireland jersey and a Manchester United jersey.
The Man Utd jersey I received is a bit terrible.
The zip falls down and also.... The crest, Umbro logo and sponsor are so high it's crazy.. The crest and Umbro logo are basically hidden by the collar...

Side note, I ordered a large in both and extra large was delivered... save your money for a different shop.
No shipping updates or tracking.

Have emailed them but doubt I'll ever hear back

Quality of the shirts is good my sons are going to love them for Christmas, postage updates were a bit lacking but delivery to Aus was quite reasonable.

The order took a long time to arrive. I had given up on receiving anything. I had absolutely no communication from the company, not even a confirmation of my order. Tried to message them but the message kept bouncing back.
I did eventually receive my order and am pleased with the quality. All a bit stressful though.

Fantastic shirts and really good value and quality. Highly recommend

Good product at a great price., informed throughout the purchase and delivery. Received in good time and in good condition

Initially I was so impressed with the customer service as I made an error when ordering and it was resolved really quickly allowing me to add to my order but I think it was just to take more money from me.

Delivery is supposed to arrive in UP TO 12 working days, I’m now on day 18 (post has been today so may as well call it day 19!!) and no delivery and no reply to my emails despite saying it would be looked into.

Bought for my son’s birthday and it’ll now be too late to source elsewhere so I’m pretty disappointed. I would think twice before ordering from here and definitely don’t order if you’re in a hurry.
