Thieves! I won.£200 quickly but had to wager another £234 before I could withdraw it. Saying they do this to avoid money laundering. Wtf!!!

Account suspended without warning after nearly two years as a customer, despite always gambling responsibly. They claim “concerning activity” but provided no clear explanation.

Most concerning is that they are holding my £52 balance and refusing to release my own money to my bank account. A 30-day suspension was imposed, and my reasonable request for a 7-day break was ignored.

Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer. Responsible gaming should not mean withholding customer funds.

Was OK at first I did nothing wrong except ask by email why they take a deposit but then charge you extra on your bank acc next day....they decided to delete my account without warning...avoid joining them at all costs!!!!

My issues started over two weeks ago.
Deposited around £1000.00 with ease.
I won a massive jackpot and have a balance of £200,000 I asked to withdraw and was told the following.
Each day £1000
Every week £5000
Every month £15,000
Managed to withdraw £5500 then a complete stop, they suspended my account changed my user name and have said I can’t withdraw for another week anything. Then I was also told that people from the Uk are not allowed to bet and again suspension. Although they were more than happy to take money of any amount immediately.
