Arrived on time, always a quality product.

Great hair extensions and feel really comfortable in.. the length is perfect, I wore 3 pieces yesterday for work just to see what they would look and feel like..colour is vibrant and awesome combined together..

This website is really bad customer service I had really bad experience with this people. They don’t answer phone and they don’t answer email. I tried to return item and they say to me you need to send it back to America.
And also, they say to me, we’re gonna refund your money and they haven’t yet is almost 2 months

I placed an order bank in mid of March, order a glycerine, nothing turned up and the seller is unattainable. Terrible seller, they dont care about the buyer. Today is 7th of April and I still have not received the order.

The item was well packed and arrived on time. It was expensive but an imported item and difficult to source.

I was informed about deliver and the product arrived smoothly

The package came in a good condition

The best product on the market. I can’t get it in the U.K. and nothing here comes close. I have very curly hair/ frizzy hair and this product takes the beast like no other.
I was kept informed the whole way, with regards to the shipping. It was slick and quick and I am off the charts happy. X

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to buy cosmetic products from outside the UK. The product I bought came from the US. It is the 2nd time I have ordered through them and everything went smoothly.

A unique product I have been using for about fifteen years. The best shower and hair wash I am aware of. No chemicals or addatives. A one gallon will last for ages and available at a reasonable price. Had to be delivered from the USA with no problems with customs.

Delighted with my mirrors. Great product and very happy to have found them

Good communication throughout buying process. Had bought from what I thought was a UK seller as had hoped that it would mean quick delivery. Slightly disappointed to find item was coming from US, so took longer than anticipated. Due to a difference in the packaging, I thought the wrong item has been sent. Company was quick to investigate and reassure me that the item was correct as ordered. Great customer service.

Fantastic product, delivery and service

I bought 2 pairs of back up hairdressing scissors(been in the hair game for 40yrs).One arrived broke the other blunt.Cheap s**** from China.(certainly not Japanese).Couldn't get hold of anyone when eventually someone replied to my email they offered me a 15 % discount.STILL WAITING.STAY CLEAR.

The customer support team is outsourced by a company who have no internet in resolving complaints. They are also very difficult to get hold of and use delay tactics.,All 3 of my
Items arrived badly damaged (unusable) through poor packaging choices. I requested a full refund and they offered to send me new products then informed me they would arrive in 3 months time to which I then requested a full refund. They are now taking days to respond to emails and their phone line never connects to an agent or human. They have since offered me a 10% token off next purchase and refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund. They sell luxury beauty products and claim to have 24/7 customer service support but it is all a front. Highly frustrating as they now have over £150 of my money and are making it incredible difficult to get back. AVOID!

The picture of the makeup was what arrived ,it was a comprehensive collection well wrapped and it arrived safely.
