Ok so far liking this site they have all the good older and newer games, which is the main thing I consider when choosing a site is a daily and wheel that actually gives me something so far every time I spun it bonus is my number 1 key and im ranking up real quick so far really loving this site

Watch out people. I was forced to do a redemption and then was denied it and had my remaining balance taken away. And the excuse I was given was that I collected the daily bonus for over 3 days with out playing. Whick was a total of .90 to a little over a dollar. So just be careful cause just another company that doesn't want to pay up under the sweepstakes model. They only want to pay you if you have spent bunch of money recently. And it's not like I haven't spent money with the company it just wasn't within the last 3 days and it's not like they remove the bonus money or give you an option to remove the bonus money if you haven't play 3 days. So just be careful looks like they'll try an come up with any reason to not pay you. Be safe everyone and have a nice day. So anyone out there that this has happened to please contact me. Because they do not run this site as a Sweepstakes. Because they tell you to sign in everyday to get more chances to win the sweepstakes but then deny a win because you haven't played in over 72 hours and are "stacking" your chances but in reality you're denied because you haven't spent money recently. Well as soon as I sign into the website I am "playing" your sweepstakes. So Nioplay say it as it is you are a CASINO and not a SWEEPSTAKES CASINO. Which I'm pretty sure is illegal in most of the states you allow your site to be played in.

The customer service and social media interaction with customers is awesome. I love how they pay attention to you as a person and commit to making your experience one of a kind! The robust and diverse library of entertainment choices will keep you coming back for more!

I used a VPN for personal reasons and then turned it off when accessing this Sweeps Casino. I can no longer access it despite uninstalling the VPN completely and being verified. What's the point of Verification if a VPN makes the casino think you're outside of the US. Is my drivers license and bank statement not enough.

Edit: The support team attempted and is continuing to try and help me but it is fruitless. I'm beginning to suspect their system for enforcing location tracking is simply broken. Using the VPN once must've flagged my account and it's probably lost forever.

Also I should note I play on literally 40+ different sweeps casinos. If any of them have an issue with my location not being available, I'm able to immediately resolve it. The same methods don't work with Nioplay.

Bought some packages and finally won enough to make a redemption. Support reaches out and tells me that since I had daily bonus money mixed in with promotional play it was invalid or some nonsense. Instead of processing my 90 SC redemption, they credit 18 SC back into my account. Never seen such a thing. I’m on about 70 different social casino websites, this one is a scam. Keep the 18 SC.

I am extremely disappointed with Nioplay Casino due to the unfair and abusive handling of my account, purchases, and legitimate winnings.

Timeline and Account Activity:

Purchased three promotional packs listed in the store: $9.99, $19.99, $29.99, all in good faith.

Prior to Any Flash Sales: Played small $2 spins and won $400, fully redeemable and legitimately earned.

November 27 (Flash Sale): Purchased $49.99 packs twice, both ended as losses. Despite this, I retained my $400 winnings.

December 1: Purchased a $29.99 pack, following promotions in good faith.

December 3: Purchased a $34.99 pack, also in good faith, and have not fully played through it. Made it up to 520, still retained my initial winnings .

Now my account is wiped out.

All purchases were made according to the advertised promotions, and I completed all rollover requirements. At no point did I attempt to exploit, stack, or manipulate the system.

Nio Casino’s Response:
Despite my legitimate activity, Nio Casino wiped my account of winnings and claimed I “abused the system.” They cited daily bonus windows, stacking of bonuses, and multiple promotional bundles as justification. Their solution? Offering one “courtesy” pack restart, essentially asking me to begin over after losing hundreds of dollars in legitimate winnings and spending considerable time and effort.

Why This is Predatory and Unacceptable:

Penalizing a player for purchasing packs that are actively advertised is illogical. If a promotion were unavailable, the system should prevent the purchase or show “offer not available,” not allow it and later confiscate winnings.
Not actively target you with promotional offer to buy.

The claim of “stacking” or combining bonuses does not apply to my purchases, which followed all advertised instructions and promotion limits. 1/1 2/2 allowed purchases, as advertised.

The “courtesy pack” does not compensate for stolen winnings, stress, or wasted time. Asking a player to restart under these conditions is patronizing and insufficient.

The system, as structured, allows this arbitrary confiscation to happen to any player who engages in advertised promotions in good faith — making others potential victims.

Warning to Other Players:
Nioplay Casino’s system can penalize you even if you follow all promotions exactly as advertised. Your legitimate winnings can be taken without clear cause, and supposed “courtesy” remedies do not restore your prior earnings.

Conclusion:
This treatment is targeted, unfair, abusive, and potentially scam-like. I acted responsibly and in good faith throughout. I expect my account and winnings to be honored properly, as any valued customer should be treated. Players should be aware that Nio Casino’s system, as currently operated, puts legitimate winners at risk of arbitrary punishment.


Apparently, I'm not the only one experiencing the same exact same issue with nioplay.

Collecting a Daily Bonus can result in nearly all your winnings being voided. This system is deeply deceptive and predatory. No TOS can justify retroactively punishing normal user behavior in this way. Something is seriously wrong with how this platform operates.

They violated their own terms of service for offering a sale pack 2/2, then they take 520 over signing in for .30 daily. It's the definition of a rigged scam. Literally trapping their own customers.

No excuse for this system and then stealing from their customers.

I "abuse" their system systems and they offer a $35 courtesy pack after wiping out my $520... obviously they messed up.

Buy a pack, accept the daily bonus, and get robbed in broad daylight.

It's not like other sweeps casino, most are fair and non deceptive. Out of 30 or so... this is just a terrible operation. No reply can rationalize this scam.

Unclear and undefined terms*
They say you can't buy 2 promotional offers, yet send you flash sale offer with 2/2 buys.. and then take your money after you win.

They recorded 22 Daily Bonuses and one Welcome Bonus in my own transaction history, and they used that to justify wiping out $520 from a new user’s account for so-called “bonus stacking.” This is genuinely the worst experience I’ve had on any platform, and at this point it’s the principle that matters.

Their bonus abuse policy is contained within the terms and conditions but is not enforced programmatically or presented clearly when collecting bonuses or making purchases. According to their terms, promotional SC should "typically" be used within 72 hours. However, rather than expiring the SC automatically after that period, they wait until a redemption request is submitted to deny it and clear the user's balance.

This practice could reasonably be considered deceptive. If the company genuinely intended for users to understand this policy, they could display it prominently when bonuses are collected or simply allow the SC to expire automatically. Instead, they permit users to accumulate SC, then invoke a policy that was never meaningfully communicated to void the balance, including SC received as part of a purchase.

The claim that this approach is "public and transparent" because it appears in the fine print does not change the fact that a reasonable user would find this practice misleading. This is not standard in the industry, and most competitors do not operate this way.

EDIT: Their response claims the 72-hour usage window "is shown again whenever promotional credits are claimed." I just tested this by claiming their login bonus and wheel bonus. No such notice appeared.

As for the Terms of Service defense: yes, it's technically buried on page 12 of 38. That's not "prominent disclosure," it's fine print. Other 1-star reviews confirm users were caught off guard by this policy.

Nioplay is a fun social sweepstakes website that has a massive collection of extremely different and interesting games to play. Each fun in different ways.

My redemption request was withheld and the excuse was that I had duplicate accounts, and that they were able to "verify my financial data" between the two accounts, even though only one account had been verified through KYC. They also were unwilling to provide any verification that I did in fact have two accounts. They basically just played the "trust me" card and told me their decision not to approve my redemption was "non-negotiable" and acknowledged my "promotional winnings".

The customer service was lackluster, and it was clear that they were withholding my winnings because the winnings were won with promotional money.

They are willing to interpret their T's&C's in any way that allows them to justify not paying you. STAY AWAY! Listen to the 1-star reviews.. This is all very concerning.

There are far too many great casinos out there. This one is riddled with issues..

EDITED TO RESPONSE: There was no acknowledgment of a secondary account, as there again, it was stated that my "financial information was matched to two accounts", however support said there was only one account that was KYC verified. For anyone who plays these casinos, financial information is only requested during the KYC process, so how could there be a match of financial information between two accounts when only one of them had submitted financial information? This is a joke - BE WARNED and read their very loose T's&C's if you decide to play here. All of the reviews about not being able to stack daily bonuses, and support with holding winnings, are something for all players willing to invest their time and money into these websites to be very wary of.

If you value your time do your best to avoid this sweepstakes casino. This is the type of site that will find any way to not pay out the example I will give is their daily bonus.

You are able to claim .30 cents every 6 hours and also spin a wheel every 24 hours. Wow that sounds great! If you “stack it” you aren’t allowed to redeem. It voids their terms and services. GREAT!

So imagine if you “stack the bonus” for one day more than is allowed, and also spend and then try to redeem they will void your redemption. Does that sound like a place you want to waste your time? Waste your money also?

There are plenty other sites like this to play on that will actually pay without question. Sure they will respond to this review with some quack answer like they do on all the other reviews. Don’t believe me? Try this site for yourself but whatever you do DO NOT put in money, because you won’t see it.

Collect your daily, get up to $75, try and redeem and then receive the lovely email of not being allowed to redeem. Why have a daily? It’s a trap.

Sites like this one is why sweepstakes casinos get a bad rap, and are forced closed by states because some like this one operate in a low end way.

Please do not play at this scam website. If it looks like you're going to actually be able to make money here, they will "randomly" institute a "routine system review" where they will calmly explain that buried in the 38 page Terms and Conditions document is a provision that allows them to shamelessly steal your money. They will say that violations of their absurd rules about bonus play timeframe limitations and "mixing" different bonus types together, etc. allow them to "clear" your purchases (which means they just keep your purchases). Any bonuses or bonus packages were perfectly fine for you purchase when they actively advertised and offered them to you, so they are clearly, intentionally trying to come up with excuses to pocket your cash, and will do so. Please don't play here. There are many great sweepstakes casinos that are not scams.
